Good location except for the very noisy and busy bars directly outside. Be mindful that a basic facility of a clean room is not included in the price you pay per night it is an additional €30 cash at the end of your stay. If you have cases these apartments are 2 floors up so quite a bit of carrying. The room was nice enough. WiFi air con and lighting excellent. The windows managed to keep majority of the sound out.

Small Apartment really close to old town. Laura was easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. I loved the proximity to everything.

This property was a major disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos in the listing — the images were clearly misleading. To make matters worse, I was sent a completely different address than the one advertised, with no explanation or heads-up. The property itself, while reasonably well serviced (clean and with the basics provided), was clearly old and very poorly decorated — a far cry from what was shown online. When I tried to contact the host to clarify the situation upon check-in, I was completely ignored and eventually blocked. The host only unblocked me at the end of my stay to send check-out instructions and continued to ignore all of my messages and concerns. This experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and not worth the trouble. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Property is located within the palace walls. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, dining, bus/shuttle stops, and waterfront. Even though property entrance is located right next to a busy Mexican Restaurant, we never heard any of the restaurant noise once inside. Although, when inside you could hear the neighbors coming in and out and foot steps upstairs. Once we were able to find the location and enter the main entrance of the property with a digital code, the instructions provided stated that the room was on the 2nd floor but it really was on the 3rd (luckily we were provided pictures of each door). The hallways and interior was very dark and we couldn't find light switches until we used our cell phone flash light to look around. Once on the 3rd floor we had to press a keypad to contact a person by speaker box to let us in and unlock 2 more doors. Finally, when arrived at the room, the keys were on the counter for us to use. Keys wouldnt open the main (1st) door easily at first but eventually we gained practice and got faster. The shower sprayed a lot of water onto the bathroom floor despite our best efforts to prevent it and we had to use more of our towels to keep the floor dry. Housekeeping was not in there daily. Overall, I would rent this place again. Despite the above hiccups, it was clean inside and felt safe. It was spacious, it had enough counter space, the a/c worked well, and the best thing was being walking distance to everything.

Great stay - Laura very efficient - key access only slight problem - but great location and service - Laura sorted transport from airport- would recommend.

Väldigt Fint rum och trevligt bemötande av ägaren. Hon var trevlig och snabb på att svara om det var något. Väldigt fint läge, mitt i gamla stan med nära till många restauranger.

Overall a great place to stay. Affordable price, central location and a clean room. During weekends can get a bit loud outside, but during the weekdays sounds was low. Also, need to point out that check-out is at 10am.

Sehr sauberer tolle moderne schöne Unterkunft. Mitten im Zentrum. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

This property is definitely in the right location. Right in the middle of a spot where travellers congregate in Split right by a pub that attracts a sociable crowd and, if needed, a laundry mat is like 10 m away. It was far enough away from the plaza and crazy of the riva. The room we were in is pretty sound proof so we couldn’t hear any socializing happening below at night. The room was clean, shower had good pressure, and Pave/Laura (operators) were so sweet. They picked us up at the airport (for a charge), but it was worth it. We learned lots about Croatia from them and some of the history of Split and the wars. They bought us some Croatian chocolate cookies as a little treat. I would love to stay here again if and when we can make it back to Split.

Superfint rum som låg fantastiskt bra mitt i gamla staden. Gångavstånd till allt. Många mysiga och fina restauranger att välja på. Men rummet saknade värdeskåp trots att det stod i beskrivningen.

This is not really a hotel, but a room on the second floor of an old building (no elevator). Laura and Paul, who greeted us, are wonderful. They made sure that everything was right and even offered to buy in advance our boat tickets to Hvar and offered us a coffee when we were leaving. The room was spacious and clean and the window panels were in fact noise-proof. The main problem is that they do not accept credit cards.
