Luxury Rooms Pino

Man, it is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. It is so cool that you have to come to experience it, it’s indescribably beautiful. You have a port right next to it, you can walk and play tennis, the beach is so beautiful. They even have a restaurant and music, big screens like a movie theater. The room was so spacious and family friendly. Rules are simple and well explained. And the bathroom brother, super fancy and comfortable. I hope you have a great time when you visit like I did. The main issue with this property is the noise from the bar next door which you share a wall with. I did email the property before arrival to ask them about the issues with the noise and was assured this would be fine. The first night was a major football game, so the noise went on into extra time - in the breaks the music was turned up so loud we could feel the bass in the rooms. We were travelling with a toddler, so switched rooms so our daughter was further away however this meant we couldn't get to sleep until the bar was well and truly closed. I did text the lady from reception who did ask the bar to turn it down. they did this but obviosly the people in the bar didn't care and carried on being loud until they went home. The next day i complained and was assured it would be quiet. It was ok until 10pm when the music was turned up really loud again. The following day i complained again and assured it would be quiet - which it was until we got to the following night when i took it upon myself to message the bar itself to complain when it didn't close at its supposed closing time and continued playing music til one in the morning. The owner of the bar is the same as the owner of the property you are staying in. they need to decide who they want to prioritise - their bar or their accomodation as the two are not compatible. I feel sorry for the lady on reception who was left to field complaints with little abilty to control the bar. She seemed genuinely sorry for us.

Simply too much noise from the bar downstairs. They should inform of this beforehand, you couldn't even have a conversation, the music and sound from football match was so incredibly loud. Don't go here on a weekend and don't go if you have kids. As a quick overnight stay it can work, so long as you don't have to sleep before midnight.

Wir hatten das Apartment gebucht mit Schlafzimmer und Coach damit wir mit 3 Personen genug Schlafmöglichkeiten haben. Die Betten waren bequem. Alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand und recht gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros: Staff was friendly; Water dispenser available in the lobby; walkable to the center. Mostly clean. Cons: WiFi was awful in my room. My room was on the ground floor by the pool, so you could hear people speaking by the pool. Music was loud at night (I assume from the adjacent bar), so I found it hard to fall asleep. My room felt and smelled damp. The AC unit was sometimes challenging to adjust (but might have been user-error on my part?). There was no dead bolt on the door.

Lovely, fantastic situated appartment with kind owners. Can recommend it. Also suitable for travelers with little kids.

Great luxurious apartment, the jacuzzi on the roof was awesome!

Ich musste einen Tag vorher abreisen und eine Stornierung des letzten Tages war leider weder über expedia, noch über Luxery rooms pino möglich/gewollt. Das fand ich schade.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please do no stay here if you are a family/couple or want to sleep. This is like at 18-25's hotel with parties and loud music every night. The hotel is unattended for most of the day, particularly at night and so they have no control over the guests. Whilst we were there was loud parties, music, people banging around and we were unable to sleep. We complained about this the next day and the staff confirmed that the group of young people were in the hot tub playing loud music up until 4am. We asked for a refund for our remaining two nights so we could find somewhere else to stay but were refused this. Staff said they would resolve the issue but the next two nights were exactly the same. We again complained and were offered a free drink at the bar which really didn't come close to compensating our lack of sleep over three nights of our holiday and generally feeling really uncomfortable in the hotel. The rooms are shabby and grubby and in need of redecorating. Our room was not cleaned or sheets/towels changed at all during our 7 night stay. The location is quite far from the old town and there are not many bars or food places nearby. The wifi is terrible, couldn't even load pictures on websites. The lady on reception seems nice but was unable to offer any support to our complaints and just passed on a message from the owner which was rude and unhelpful. I really cannot think of a positive thing to say about this hotel.

Excellent appartments in a quiet area. The breakfast fantastic and the host very assisting.

The Apartment was lovely and clean and in a good location. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great small place, with very nice pool. Only clear negative was breakfast that was at near by restaurant, and was well below the standar of the hotel.

Koselig lite leilighets hotell, fine rom og uteområdet med basseng. Hyggelig betjening og topp service. Frokosten var på en restaurant 50 m fra hotellet rett ved sjøen. Anbefales👍
