The apartment was fantastic. Rustic but modern. It was a very high standard of accommodation. We booked the transfer with the owners and when the taxi dropped us just outside the old town our host arrived to greet us and take us to the apartment. Toma was very friendly and explained how everything worked. He set us WhatsApp with us so he could send us some recommendations for the area and for if we had any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Split

The room was adequate for what we needed; very convenient to see the sights we were interested in. Check in was very quick. Host was responsive once we arrived in Split. Close to many restaurants and overall an opportunity to stay in a location filled with history. Our only true issue was that there were not enough pillows provided, and for that reason we had a difficult sleep.

Location was excellent. Room was great. My only one concern was noise. People partying until late outside our window and workers making noise outside our window often before 6 am. Even with this, I would stay here again.

The coordination for check in was excellent and the location within split was incredible. It was so nice that I could pretty much walk everywhere within 5min. And on top of that the place was large, well maintained and incredibly homey.

Was hoping they would have coffee in the room so I didn’t have to go find a coffee shop in the morning.

Perfect location in the middle of the old city, beautiful apartment, top end finish, would highly recommend.

This is a great location, clean, spacious and convenient. We really enjoyed the place and is exactly as described on the pictures. Loves tha is very central, close to everything! The host is very responsive and provided great suggestions. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room in the heart of Dubrovnik with windows that kept the noice

Aircon issue on first day but was repaired immediately + the safety box didn't work which was reported but I guess never mind. But apart from any of that this was an excellent accommodation, the standard of workmanship in the shower room was astounding, considering the heritage status of the building, hats off to the plumber/builder. The location is perfect, just of the main square nice restaurants right on your doorstep. It's safe, clean temperature was fine, noise not so bad considering right in the centre.

Property was very neat and clean. As presented. As expected the area was quite busy and noisy in the evening but it was quiet by midnight every night. Location was ideal for exploring the palace and old town.

We stayed only 2 nights in Split but the location of mint luxury rooms was perfect. We were able to get around the old town so easily. Deni was there to meet us as soon as we arrived. The room was so comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! Super convenient, everything is just a short walk away (including the bus station), room was comfortable and bathroom is a generous size.

Split is beautiful and the Mint rooms are lovely and located in the center of all the sites, sounds and amenities of the old town. Highly recommend!

Love the Natural stone, room was very clean and bed was really comfy. The air con was not very cold at all, just felt more like it was just moving the air around and unit was leaking all over the floor. We reported it and was told it would be looked at, but no one came.

If you are looking for a room only option with great location this is perfect! Great service and time response!

Great location, restaurants close by, attractions all close

Mint Luxury Rooms is very centrally located, right within the old city walls and literally next door to Uje Restaurant, which I highly recommend for a great meal. The location is excellent if you want to be in the middle of everything, but keep in mind that with such a central spot comes noise from nearby restaurants and people walking by late into the night and early morning. As for the rooms, the name might set expectations a bit too high, it is not really “luxury.” I stayed in Room 1, which was generally okay, but the furniture shows signs of wear, and the decorative bed throw was stained. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Although it technically worked, it produced almost no airflow even when set to 16°C. I was lucky it wasn’t the hottest week of the summer, but I can imagine this would be very uncomfortable during the peak of the Croatian heat. Hopefully, the host will fix this for future guests. I stayed for four nights during peak season, and overall it was an okay stay, great location, but with a few things that could definitely improved.

Toma, my host, was exceptional. He was welcoming, prompt, communicative, His suggestions and recommendations are superior.
