Very late check in and all was ready for our arrival. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Taxi expensive to hotel from airport, use the shuttle bus as this is much cheaper.

Perfect for the airport. Had a great meal in the restaurant as well, which can sometimes be difficult as a vegetarian. Only issue is the size of the bath tub you have to climb into to take a shower. Very high and could be dangerous getting out of.

Close to Zagreb airport. Easy check-in Clean rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed at the Pinus lodge which was a good size for a family. It was bigger than we expected and has two bathrooms as well as a big living room downstairs. There were lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Wasn't expecting much due to the reviews, but it wasn't bad at all. Best view of the waterfalls close to the hotel (there's a trail to the left of the wooden bridge down the road). We had the spa included in our booking (normally you'll need to pay for it). 40 mins of private use of the jacuzzi and sauna. Personally, I wouldn't pay for it as it's nothing fancy. Think it costs €30 in total for up to 4 people. Highly recommended!

This airport hotel is not actually that close to the airport, so be prepared to pay for a taxi to get to/from. The hotel was advertised as having an airport shuttle but this was not the case. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday. During our first stay we had breakfast. We waited ages for a staff member to take our hot drink orders, even though the dining area was near-empty. The food was okay, although some of the fruit was mouldy. We did not have time for breakfast during our later stay as we had an early morning flight to catch. No provision was made even though we made the airport aware of our early departure in advance. When we arrived the evening of our second stay there was nobody at the reception and it took 20 minutes for staff (one of whom was very rude to us) to find the receptionist to check us in. The rooms were okay however the 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, and the curtains were extremely see-through, so not only did we have the street light coming through into the room when we tried to sleep, but when we were in a ground floor room this did not feel very secure. The catch on the room door also appeared damaged and was loose. There was mention of some spa facilities in the advert for the hotel however we could not find these when we were there. Had we been staying longer we would have pursued this with the staff.

Hotel normalito, le sobra una estrella. La cama de la suite era muy incómoda, el colchón se hundía por todas partes. El sofá cama también era muy incómodo. El aire acondicionado no funciona. Lo mejor, el restaurante.Buenas hamburguesas! Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar en coche al aeropuerto. Cobran 15 euros por el shuttle. En la descripción, pone que tiene piscina, pero no la encontramos.

Excellent friendly receptionists, who accurately explained a concerning charge on my receipt that only appeared to be a double charge for the fine pre-paid room. I recommend highly for anyone who needs to lodge overnight near ZAG airport between flights. Shuttle service, however, is not available for the time being. The associate Fork Restaurant is outstanding. No other option needed!

Odlicno ! Bilo je sve bez problema zadovoljan sam ! Posebno konobar koji je radio u restoranu Za vrijeme mog dolaska isti taj konobar ujutro je bio na dorucku. HVALA.! Hrana u restoranu odlicna!

Convenient, clean and comfortable airport hotel. We'd booked for three adults in a suite but found it set up for just two - this was quickly rectified. Wouldn't suit a long stay but would certainly consider again as an overnight stopover for the airport.

Dora at check in was great (also she responded to my email query prior to arrival) Breakfast was better than anticipated. Hotel has an unassuming exterior but inside was very modern. Only issue we had was the room's bathtub was extremely high and difficult for seniors to get in and out of. The bathroom was luxurious and high-end fittings but a shower would have been so much easier and safer for us. Access from airport was easy. Would recommend if you are arriving late into Zagreb and don't want to venture downtown late.

Had a really good meal in the restaurant. Close to airport but still needed a taxi
