This property is well situated and is true to the pictures. The room was spacious and well appointed. The entrance was a bit rough and the first set of stairs were dirty but this property shares the building. The floor with the rooms is very secure and renovated. Ivica was very helpful and met us to lead us to the property.

La habitación tenía humedades por todos lados del baño. No había agua caliente cuando nos duchábamos y no vinieron en ningún momento a limpiar la habitación todo el tiempo que estuvimos.
Le pregunté a la persona encargada del hotel, qué ocurría con el agua caliente y me dijo “funciona como siempre”, lo que me hace pensar que esta persona era consciente del problema que había con el agua caliente, ya que ni se acercó a solucionarlo ni hizo nada por intentar darnos una alternativa. Realmente lo único bueno que tenía era la ubicación que estaba en pleno centro, lo demás deja mucho que desear.

Location was great. Friendly receptionist. Average room with 2 single beds pushed together with single quits and bedding with comfy mattress. A little noisy when other guests were coming and going could be heard, but not a major issue. Could not pay by credit card - so make sure you have enough cash. Mould around bathroom window which requires cleaning asap.

The room was in a convenient location to walk to many things. We were able to pay for them to arrange pickup at the airport which was nice. The room was pretty clean and easy to check in to. Make sure you are prepared to pay in cash though.

Aucune reception à notre arrivée. Aucunes informations données. Pas de bagagerie comme c'était énoncé dans l'annonce donc a la vue de tous dans un hall sans surveillance. Aucun retours aux messages envoyés. À nous de se débrouiller accueille déplorable. Ménage pas fait durant la semaine serviettes changé qu'une fois. Au prix de la chambre très déçues

Several things in the info we got beforehand were not correct.
No breakfast was available
No concierge
No receptionist available most of the time
No daily cleaning. Only change of towels.

O acesso com malas não é o melhor, algumas escadas para acessar os quartos, mas se trata de centro histórico, basicamente todas as acomodações são assim, malas grandes e pesadas que é a grande dificuldade. Quartos bem amplos e limpos. Não tem luxo, um básico muito bom. Clean! Banheiro muito bom.

The room was lovely, and being in Old Town, surrounded by lots of interesting sights and great eateries.
It is quite noisy outside and the sound carried in, but it didn't bother us too much.
The hosts were friendly, very helpful, quick to respond, and shared great information. They also went above and beyond to meet the delivery driver who brought our luggage after it missed the flight, and bring it to the room for us. We were very appreciative. Highly recommend.

Don't drive as it's difficult to find parking lots nearby. Apartment is not a hotel so no manned reception. Difficult to locate apartment.
