The accommodation was superb, great location, just a really short walk into the old town and literally a minute or two from the promenade.
Despite the fact we arrived late morning we were able to check in straight away and the host, Daniela, arranged our collection from the airport, everything from the start of our stay to the end was perfect.
Finally, once we had returned home my parents realised they had left their purse in their room, containing cash, cards and house keys. When I messaged Daniela to explain this, I really didn’t expect to see it again. But Daniela messaged to say it had been found and arranged for it to be sent back to us - it arrived back with all the contents there too. If you are planning to visit Split, I would definitely recommend you stay here!!

Very clean and centrally located apartment right near the centre of Split. Steps up to main building so you need to be able to negotiate these. Otherwise very nice. Self check in.

i arrived in the evening so it was already dark. i did have a hard time finding it but i think that was only because of the dark , once i found it i had no issues coming and going. i called also to speak with the owner when i couldn’t find it and she was super friendly and helpful. cute room. i would stay again and wish i had booked longer the first time :)

This property was a huge disappointment. It is advertised as a 4-star stay, but in reality, it’s barely 2 stars.
Even before arrival, communication was frustrating we tried multiple times through Hotels.com to ask about check-in, but received no response. That should have been the first red flag. We eventually had to call directly, only to be told the key would just be left on the door hardly the welcome you expect from a so-called “luxury” property.
The room itself was very poor. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets smelled and felt old, and the towels were so worn out they even had holes. There was no daily housekeeping, and no welcoming touches such as drinks or amenities.
Overall, the property is misrepresented. They seriously need to remove the word “Luxury” from their name, and stop advertising themselves as a 4-star stay. Definitely not worth the price.

Well equipped room in a great location (close to everything but also peaceful) with some outdoor seating and communal coffee machines. Rooms were well thought out with beach towels provided, kettle and mini fridge.

2 issues: the villa was extremely difficult to find, and the listing did not help the navigation whatsoever. Secondly, there was not a single person to check you in. I just asked the person in the neighboring room, and they told me you just take the room that's empty (I think only 2 rooms total). Super weird! Reasonably nice room once I figured it all out, but would not really recommend

Beautiful room, great location, very comfortable and spotless. We had a bit of difficulty with check-in and getting information, it would be helpful to receive a message with the basic details before arrival, as we ended up having to sort that out on the spot. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great location just a few minutes walk from everything, room was very clean and comfortable!
The host Daniela was very helpful when it came to parking which is very competitive in the area, and had her friend reserve a spot for us! Can’t recommend enough, 10/10!

I will be completely honest and say that the photos definitely made the property seem nicer than it was, but it was still a nice enough apartment. The AC unit was a bit finicky and if you set the temperature higher than 21°C it blew out hot, moist air. The parking was also freakishly expensive at 48 euros for a day. The location wasn’t large, rolling luggage friendly but would be fine if you were traveling with a backpack. The shower was lovely though. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and ended up locked into the apartment. I reached out to the host letting her know the situation and asked if she could stop by in the morning to help (we were not planning on leaving that night). She was unable to come herself but sent an associate (Andrea) in the morning. Andrea was absolutely lovely and helped us get out! Turns out the lock just needed to be oiled:)
