Très bel endroit, propre et accueillant. Marija est d’une incroyable gentillesse et de très bon conseils. Je conseille cette endroit à tout le monde. On a vécu dans une carte postale pendant 6 jours!

Despite all the steps, we had a great time. The property is not modern but was very clean. Maria and her son Daniel werewonderful hosts. They were very kind and gave lots of advice. The terrace, overlooking the sea, was a lovely place to sit and relax after days out

Incredible views, beautiful hosts, a cozy little home feel apartment fit with the basics for easy living! Very close to old town and some stunning beaches! We absolutely loved this apartment and Dubrovnik, I’m just sad we only stayed for two days!!

Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten ausserhalb der Altstadt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und in einem guten Zustand. Empfehlenswert.

Lovely stay in a well appointed apartment. very clean and a very welcoming host. Apartment is very well stocked with all you need. Not much information about the checking in process and my phone would not connect to the number given (probably my network provider), a doorbell at the property entrance may have been useful for contacting the host.

The bedroom has the best view in the world. The owners are fantastic.

Vi ankom til vores lejlighed om eftermiddagen og blev modtaget af den sødeste kvinde. Hun fortalte om spændende steder, viste os til rette og havde sørget for både vand og øl og diverse sprit, myggespray etc. Om aftenen blev vi sågar inviteret op på deres private altan for at se fyrværkeri. Selve lejligheden var også utrolig dejlig, stor og lå alletiders og uden den mindste støj. Der var en dejlig terrasse og tilhørende have, hvor deres skildpadde Pandora gik rundt og en fantastisk udsigt ud over havet. Som andre også har skrevet, skal man ikke være dårligt gående, da man skal op af en del trapper nede fra vejen - men generelt er Dubrovnik fyldt med trapper, så vi oplevede det ikke som træls. Vil anbefale dette sted til alle, som skal til Dubrovnik :-)

１０月中旬、夫婦２人で１週間滞在しました。 バス駅からUBERで１０分程、TRAMでも２番でBranim trznica駅からAdzijina駅で２０分弱で着きます。 鍵の受渡しと説明はニコラス・ケイジ似のオーナーがアパート前で待ってくれています。 事前にバスの到着時間と予定待ち合わせ時間をメールした時に、バスの遅延などで遅れる場合はメールで連絡するとメモを追加したら、「バスなどの遅れは貴方の責任ではない、気にせず道中楽しんで来てください、待っていますから」との返信。実際バスは３０分遅れましたが待ってくれていました。 アパート入り口は表示も無く、教えられなければ分からないほど目立ちません。 入り口のドア、中にもう一つのドアの２つは４桁の暗証番号を入力、部屋のドアは鍵となります。私達の部屋は2階で大きめの螺旋階段を使って上がりましたが、オーナーが荷物を運んでくれました。（エレベーターはありません） 部屋は新しくとても綺麗で広く、今までヨーロッパの色んな都市のアパートに泊まりましたが、その中でも質・コストパフォーマンス共最高でした。1階に大きなキッチン、リビング、トイレ、予備の部屋、8メーター位ある吹き抜けの天井には電動のサンスクリーン、このため部屋はとても明るく気持ちが良い。 2階には2つのベッドルーム（各々サンスクリーン付き）、トイレ、バスタブ、洗濯機などがあり、冷暖房も完備（季節柄使いませんでしたが）していて不自由は全くありませんでした。 特筆すべきは、バスタブ付きの部屋はこちらでは少なく、あってもお湯がすぐ冷水になるなどしますが、ここのお湯は使っていてもずっとお湯が出ました。 近くに小さなミニ・マーケットがありますが、私達は１０分程北に歩いて大きなスーパーKONZUMで毎日買い出しをしました。 街の中心部のイエラチッチ広場までは１．６キロ位で徒歩２０分程度で歩けます。 なお、部屋数が多いので家族・大人数向けなのか、私達２人が到着した時オーナーが何度もUBERの中を覗いて、他の人はどこに居るのと探していましたが、カップルにもお勧めです。 又、毎日オーナーから「何か問題はないですか、あれば連絡を」とのメールがありました。 （とても親切なオーナーでした。一緒に写真を撮ることをお勧めします。友人は写真を見て本物のニコラス・ケイジと勘違いしました） レヴューが少なかったので、紹介がてら長文となりました。

Views to Dubrovnik brilliant. . Clean and roomy. Pleasant owner. Quite good value. Have to be pretty fit to get to apartment as there are quite a lot of stairs.

Beautiful setting with good amenities and friendly owners Handy apartment in Dubrovnik just a short walk from Pile gate with everything you need to hand The apartment has four main rooms and a spacious hallway linking them all The kitchen has Cooker, Kettle, fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and plates, the kitchens also has a few basic ingredents to help out like oil seasoning and coffee The bedroom, Living room and Bathroom are well appointed with plenty of power points and a handy guide book written by the local knowledgeable owners The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the owners where helpful and friendly The outside space was great to sit out and just chill The walk from town was about 7 mins mainly up hills or steps but most of Dubrovnik is steep hills be prepared for stunning views and gorgeous sunsets

Owner was very helpful, hospitable. Location is 5 mins from old town abd close walk to Banje beach.

This apartment is exactly what we were dreaming about. A vintage Euro feel with all necessities provided, clean, great host and we think one of the best views to be found of the Old Town and Castle of Dubrovnik. There are stairs but it was totally worth every step we took. Becky & Dave

Fantastic location, less than 10 minutes walking from old town. Large 1 bedroom apartment with laundry and private balcony. The owners live right upstairs and are super friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Vicina 12. The apartment has its own entry door and we felt right at home. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and it has a lovely terrace that feels very private. The owners are the kindest people ever, we couldn't feel more welcome. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Very good location, just walk about 5minutes to the old town! Very nice and helpful host! There is a public Carpark nearby, about 7 minutes walk, but the fee is quite expensive!

The host, Marijana, was super friendly and kind. Her information about the local area was very helpful in exploring Dubrovnik.
