Hotel Onomo Abidjan Airport

The room was wonderful, comfortable bed, spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes. This ensures a stress free experience getting to the airport. Out of the many Onomo hotels that I have stayed in over the years this one was by far the best !

Un gros problème au niveau de la douche ! Douche " à l'italienne " très mal conçue !!! Ce qui provoque une " inondation " dans la chambre après une seule douche , rendant ainsi la sortie glissante et donc dangereuse !

This is my third stay at this hotel. Beautiful décor. Great people. Clean and sharp. And literally 5 minutes from the airport. We’ll be back.

My stay was very poor, starting from the complimentary shuttle bus service which I had confirmed in a reply email. The person holding a sign with my name was not at the airport upon arrival as promised. It took THREE phone calls and around 45 minutes for a driver to arrive. After checking in I noticed there was not a kettle, coffee or tea as advertised on your site. There was also no working safe (had no batteries) which I contacted reception about and they said they will fix it, no one came. I mentioned about the safe the next morning and of course was promised it would be fixed, again no one came to fix it and I just gave up. My next disappointment was that the fridge did not work, the TV continually froze and was not watchable, then on the second day the TV displayed a message that said there was no subscription and was unwatchable anyway. I did not bother reporting the TV or fridge because I considered it would be a waste of time judging by the apathy of getting the safe fixed. The wi-fi was OK majority of the time, but often did drop out over my stay. The young girl at reception was very nice and tried to help as much as possible, however I could not say the same about the the more senior reception staff. The bar and restaurant staff were good. The final insult came on the day of my c heck-out when I was woken at 2.30 AM by a man from reception who said he thought I was supposed to be checked out, why this was done at 2.30 AM absolutely bewilders me.

The hotel and breakfast were great. Check-in took longer than expected since I was sent to an occupied room twice. Staff did eventually get me into my own room and upgraded me for the trouble so all in all it was a good stay!

Heck in was terrible, they use an app, it’s took 30 mins to check in

No hot water at 9pm, sink clogged. Room decent, #102. Lots of issues with this hotel over the years, same with Raddison Blu across the street.

We landed very late and got to the hotel around 6am. The check in took a long time which was very frustrating as most of the formalities could have been completed the next day at check out as all we wanted to do is go to sleep. There was also an issue with the room assigned being also assigned to someone else and people tried to enter the room three times between 6-8am which kept waking us up. The staff did apologise the next morning but it’s really not a mistake that should have happened, especially when it didn’t even look like the hotel was anywhere near full capacity.

Lots of staff (not serving), I was left standing at the bar with 4 staff behind chatting to each other, I ended up walking away. At breakfast there was only one person clearing the tables and so new clients entering had to clear their own table before they could find a spare seat/table. Food areas were left top run low/zero for a while before someone cam from the kitchen to restock. No salt & pepper put out at breakfast table settings ! There is plenty more !

Property was very clean and feels luxurious for the price.

Excellent hôtel. Situé près de l’aéroport. Chambre standard assez petite mais confortable. Manque cependant une bouilloire et du thé par exemple. Concernant le restaurant, sympa mais sans plus, je trouve que la qualité et le choix des plats s’est un peu dégradée par rapport à l’an dernier. Les prix sont un peu chers.
