Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Breakfast had a good selection of food but lacked fresh juices.

We had a great time. The service is excellent. The place is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The hotel is more suitable for adults than children. The entertainment staff is more suitable for adults than children. The pool is excellent. If you decide to come with children, then there is a large park right next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel.

Nachdem ich gemischte Kritiken gelesen habe, kann ich persönlich nicht sagen, dass wir ein Problem hatten. Alles Sauber, Zimmer Reinigung war sehr gut. Das Personal war immer freundlich und höflich. Die Cocktail war sehr gut gemixt. Essen: Man hat immer die Wahl, es gibt immer etwas zu essen, und man sollte nicht vergessen, dass All-Inclusive in jedem Hotel gleich ist. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück, da jeden Tag das selbe angeboten wird. Die Pools sind schön. Toll, dass man jeden Tag Handtücher für den Pool bekommt. Die Atlatica Hotel Kette gibt es mehrmals auf der Insel. Wir waren in Block 18 untergebracht mit Blick auf den Pool.

Helt okej hotell. Hade inte rekommenderat att åka hit med familjen. Allt som hade med familjehotell att göra förut finns inte längre, aktiviteterna på hotellet såsom barnaktiviteter som var planerade enligt schemat utfördes inte. Det var rätt så mycket fest på hotellet på kvällstid och högljutt fram tills 01. Ett plus var att dom hade koll på att min dotter fyllde år och lämnade en tårta och ett kort på rummet.

Property is next door to a fun fair, our room was 20 foot away from a ride. Music blasting and people screaming until 1am every day, we physically could not sleep until the fair shut which is shocking for a family hotel. Hotel entertainment was poor too, the animation team did not lead what was listed… for the water polo they just put some music on, put the nets out and left. For the mini disco they had a guest running the dances for the kids! Room was modern but not finished well. Shower in the room filled up quickly and didn’t drain fast enough so we had to keep turning the shower off. while in it, to not flood the bathroom. The bar staff were very efficient, especially at collecting in the empty cups to keep the pool area clean. The main pool is a good size and has a great deep end, sunbeds are taken quickly though. The food was nice and had a good range each night, which was kept topped up. Bed was comfortable and aircon kept the room cool without being cold.

The room is very nice, but a bit smaller than i thought. Besides that everything was perfect.

Separate apartment good for 3 star hotel

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to public transportation. The place is quiet and easy to park. The reception staff is welcoming and the manager took care of every need we had.

Dejligt hotel med god mad. Dejligt nemt med grab and go baren hvor man kan hente mad/snacks mellem måltiderne. Søde medarbejdere på hele hotellet. Dog blev vores rengøring glemt og vi måtte op og spørge efter det. Men det er småting. Vi kommer glædeligt tilbage til dette hotel igen :)

No es la primera vez en este hotel. Hace poco tiempo que cambió de dueño. Se notan alguna mejoras de las instalaciones pero sigue dejando que desear. Sacamos la habitación con media pensión y la cena no incluye bebida, ni siquiera un vaso de agua. El hotel necesitaría ya un overall de las instalaciones. Las piletas son muy buenas. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Hemos estado parando en otros hoteles de la cadena y se nota mucho la direncia en la calidad del producto ofrecido.

Breakfast very good. Room was not very clean. Ants everywhere, spider webs in corners, no hand soap available. Swimming pool clean and quite large. Lifeguards very friendly.

Good and clean however the company that stay there not so much. As a group of black females, we heavily felt unwelcomed by the other non- ethnic residents. No fault of the hotel however. Doors need re-fixing as keycard often did not work.

It's a very nice hotel Food - varied Location - excellent The only thing is the alcohol and drinks feel cheap.

Et fantastisk fint hotell med fin beliggenhet. Maten var helt topp,og også utvalget i snack-baren. Rengjøringshjelpen snakket ikke engelsk i det hele tatt,og var lite villig til å vaske. Gikk 3 dager uten at søppelkassene ble tømt (også den på badet med toalettpapir i). Litt dårlig informasjon fra hotellet sin side om åpningstider på resturang/bar, om aktiviteter,wifi osv. Solsengene ble "reservert" av gjester fra klokken halv åtte på morgen,uten at de ble benyttet før nærmere halv 11. Alt annet ved hotellet var veldig bra. Blide ansatte og god service.

Our overall experience in the hotel was really bad … 1. Check in was delayed for 2 hours and there was nothing to do with 2 kids … in the sun , the pool was crowded no place to sit. 2. We arrived to the room , the room size was okay for family , but there no cups for water , the air condition was noisy, really old and dirty it means they don’t do service . 3. Kids club was very sad , no kids around and no professionals. 4. The pool bar was far away you had to go circle every-time , the drinks not good. 5. Food was very bad , no variety and no quality. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, they called us from the reception at 12:30am when we were sleeping to check if we have done check in and when we complained why they are calling us so late , they hang the phone 😡, not value for money at all.. the management should take serious actions !

Vi var meget glade for hele vores ophold på Panthea. Værelse, pools og restaurant var dejlige. Personalet var flinke og maden var god. Hotellet var tæt på en fin gade med butikker og restauranter. Jeg har ikke noget dårligt at sige om hotellet og området.
