Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort

-the food was good -the all inclusive doesn’t include the cafeteria from some redone so no food besides the meals. -the head of the shower was very basic.

The buffet (all inclusive) was nice, although after five days one wished more variability (e.g. seafood such as tuna, salmon or other non-white fish). Rooms were spacious and clean. Table tops with peeling paint could be fixed. Gym was the thing that made us choose the Chrysomare. Although it was good for a hotel gym, some things could be improved: get another weight set in the squat rack room (now not enough weight) and also smaller plates so that one does not need to borrow these from the other room. Get a flat bench or two instead of the strangely shaped ones for proper workouts. Staff was not aware that the outdoor food court had closed in the end of October and promoted that to us - until a nearby guest corrected them. A nice feature was that one could return any car rental's vehicles in the hotel garage and leave keys to reception. Would be nice if the hotel had a few bicycles for guest to borrow.

We been there for a one week , the pool is very very cold , the indoor pool was hot only 2 days from all week then it was cold . The only thing we do is eat and go sleep. The shop around the hotel is close , the show in the hotel is poor boring ,i can not see brink my kids to this hotel . Pool need to be warm or either in a way that a human can swim not just to look at it. The food was great 5 Stars we love it the room as well was big . Hope they can be better in future.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable with a lot of possibilities for couples or families. Pro: big room with comfy beds, 3 big pools, indoor pool for free, direct sea access with amazing water. Food was good with plenty to choose from for 1 weeks stay. Special congratulations to the pizza chef. Lots of parking possibilities with free parking. Good gym with everything you need. Cons: room cleaning could be better with more details. In conclusion we definitely will come back!

Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice and modern, until you start using and looking closer. *Shower drained was clocked and was creating a pool in the bathroom. *Walls being dirty from previous guests and not deep cleaning was made. *Beds sheets have some type of velcro at the bottom, and scratch your feet while sleeping. *Walls are not soundproofed at all, and you could hear other guests screaming/drunk when arriving at 3am, or guest leaving early (6am) and dropping everything on the floor and dragging furniture around, and so on... *TV useless and not connected either to an antenna or streaming services. *Rooms stinks from the shower drainage. *As with other google reviews, not even complimentary water in the room. -Half board / Restaurant / Food. First thing, the staff seems completely undertrained, which ok, we have been all there once, but this was too much, like getting your drinks when you pretty much finished your meal because they had not idea what table where you sat at. Food completely tasteless.

The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package.

Lovely hotel, great staff, breakfast and facilities….. but exceptionally disappointing that you have to pay extra for the sauna and steam room! Perhaps understandable during peak season but really shouldn’t be the case out of season! Only real criticism

Für ein relativ neues Hotel war es an vielen Stellen sehr schmutzig. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden und die ganze Wand war verschimmelt. Wir hatten dann aber ein anderes bekommen. Aber eigentlich traurig dass man uns in dieses Zimmer gelassen hat. Das Essen war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht der Hit.

I love this hotel!!! But some service and rules that i dont like.. and there is no activities!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Sandy Bay, das umgeben von sehr netten Restaurants und Beach-Bars ist. Pro: • das Hotel bzw Zimmer ist grundsätzlich modern eingerichtet aber schon etwas abgenutzt. • das Buffet bietet eine breite Auswahl an Essen an, wodurch für jeden etwas dabei sein sollte. Leider war das Hotel zu unserem Zeitpunkt sehr überfüllt. • die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr bemüht, aber aufgrund der überfüllten Situation oftmals überfordert Contra: • das Hotel war in unserem Zeitraum maßlos überfüllt. Liegen dürfen erst ab 8 reserviert werden - die ‚Liegenschlacht‘ ging jedoch scho um 7 Uhr los. • auch wenn das buffet viele Optionen bietet, darf die Erwartung nicht zu hoch gestellt werden. Für 5 Sterne hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Hotel, wobei 5 Sterne auf jeden Fall großzügig vergeben wurden. Wir würden einen Reisezeitraum außerhalb der Stoßzeiten empfehlen.
