It’s ok for the price paid , i would recommend for them to add more lighting inside the room and put better matters it would help . Beside that it’s pretty decent.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was that the phone number listed on Expedia doesn’t work. You need to check their official website or use the number posted at the entrance.

I never received the entry codes even though I emailed, texted and called. When I managed to get a code I was surprised that the following day it was changed and no one informed me.

This hotel is absolutely hopeless. We contacted as described before arrival to get the code to get into the hotel. It certainly did not arrive on the day of arrival, and we spent the whole day trying to get it. Ruining the first day of the holiday. They do not answer emails or the phone. Just choose another hotel, even if this one is cheap... do not take the chance on this "hotel."

The property is nice. But Expedia and the property communication was very bad. I had to call ten times from uk and seven times whilst in Larnaca to have access. They changed codes but never told me. They claim they send me messages via Expedia. I received nothing.

Nice room, very well decorated and super clean. A bit small I wish we had one on the upper floor for natural light. Overall nice experience and close to restaurants and beach.

Construction site next door was noisy. We carried suitcases up stairs; didn't see any sign of an elevator. No front desk. But the place is cozy, and a nice place to stay. Room isn't large, but you can relax in lounge areas outside the room. In-room amenities were nice.

No hot water, ants on the floor and table, no chair for “work station”, cheapest bed and toiletries you can imagine, and that’s just the room. Good luck getting any sleep with the screeching, fighting cats outside, the cars revving their engines on the block, and the garbage truck that loudly shows up at 5am every morning. Service? None. They don’t even respond to messages. Don’t waste your money here.
