Super hôtel en bord de mer ! Les chambres sont récentes et belles. Toit est top ! Les aménagés sont super ! On a trop aimé les piscines et les toboggans ! Le all inclusive est extraordinaire avec des plats délicieux et du choix, excellente adresse. Le personnel est très sympa aussi.

Everything was great. Second visit and this one was way better because people from certain country were very few in comparison with first time. A lot of food but medium quality. Good service.

Wasnt offered room upgrade with Gold Membership. Quality of food and drinks was poor. Dirty bed sheets when checking in. Bar staff rude. Wont stay there again. Better options in the area.

At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor as well! Perfect for all ages. Dissapointing that you have to pay extra for specific gluten free food and not all restaurants were open. And food quality is good although a little redundant after a week. All in all I would return !!!

A good resort but this isn't a five star all inc. Fully booked when we went with three families but not all the restaurants were open which was disappointing. Beach area undeveloped unlike other properties nearby. Very noisy in the evenings and they charge for whatever they can which pit a dampener on things. Should charge a bit more instead and include everything

Great facilities fab for kids we were located in quiet area which was lovely away from main block saw beautiful sunsets. Did get very busy and near on full capacity meant the main dinner restaurant was very full think maybe they could extend dinner hours to make it less busy but only a minor issue everything else great

Fab hotel with everything you could want. Clean rooms, great food and friendly staff. Only downside was the non existent beach but the sea was amazing and safe to swim in so didn’t put us off.

We liked everything,food ,service, room,facilities,restaurants. The only comment is around the beach,it could be much better with a butof effort put into it.I think it needs a beach bar with some san brought in and su beds and umbrellas.

Først og fremst er det mange fine ting med hotellet (særlig dersom du har barn), men jeg tenker det er fint for de som ser etter hotell å lese om det vi opplevde som mer et «3-stjernes» enn «4-stjerners». Det er nærmest umulig ta heisen, konstant kø (vi var her i midten / slutten av september). For oss gikk det fint å ta trappene, men slitsomt for dem som har barnevogner eller dårlig til beins. Det er på ingen måte tilrettelagt for rullestolbrukere, ikke bare pga heisen. Det stod at vi kunne bestille all importert sprit / drinker. Men med flere unntak, blant annet mojito. Du kan heller ikke få spesielle is (som eks. sandwich). Du kan gå ned til en strand som er bare få meter fra, veldig fint å kunne bade i sjøen. Men det er ingen solsenger eller andre fasiliteter her, dessverre. En dusj generere nesten oversvømmelse da sluken er helt feilplassert. Det er ekstremt mye støy i spisesalene. Ikke bare pga barn, men de har nok vært litt uheldig med ekko og lite god lyddemping i lokalene. Veldig mange solsenger og parasoller er ødelagte. Kanskje vi var uheldige og traff på et tidspunkt de ikke hadde fått tid til å fikse flere av dem. Maten er grei, flere gode retter. Det er veldig fint med tilbud om å bestille bord på noen av de resturantene de har. Vi var veldig fornøyd med «little Italy» og «Libanise». Gymmen er fin og har tre 3D-møller, men de skulle hatt spray til å vaske utstyret. Wi-fi er dårlig. Eid av Israelere. Alt i alt, et 3-stjernes, ikke 4.

Eine sehr abwechslungsreiche Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für Paare ohne Kinder. Man sollte aber keine außergewöhnliche Erwartung an das Essen und Entertainment haben - es ist insgesamt aber gut. Nicht so schön ist der Strand. Immerhin gibt es einen und der Badebereich im Meer ist durch künstliche Barrieren gut geschützt. Aber den Begriff Beach im Hotelnamen fanden wir nicht ganz passend zumal es dort weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme gab. Uns hat die Musik bzw. ständige Beschallung gestört. Man findet keine ruhige Ecke außer unten am Strand, dort aber wie gesagt, ohne Liegen und ohne Sonnenschirm. Auf der schönen grünen Wiese wurde man von 2 Seiten mit unterschiedlicher Musik beschallt. Ist unnötig - zumal viele Gäste auf den Liegen eigene Musik o.ä. mit ihren Handys hören.

Excellent experience for a hotel stay with the kids. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, and supportive. Even in the waterpark, I think my kids may have enjoyed chatting up the lifeguards as much as they did using the slides. Overall, very clean and welcoming, very safe. Staff made the stay overall an incredible success- hats off to them! The two drawbacks that I could mention are: reservations at the private restaurants were hard to come by. Only available on check-in, we found all nights were booked during our stay already. However, the buffet offered wonderful choices and we did not regret being unable to get reservations. What we did regret- The beach is badly in need of repair and service and does not have any beds or canopies. They are missing the real crown jewel of the stay with this oversight. It seems at some point time there had been access from the hotel; there are a few closed down and derelict structures. Sadly, the beaches full of trash like much of Cyprus beaches. Being this close to a resort we had hoped for better. Too much glass and trash to let the kids play down in the cool, azure blue waters- which would have made a nice break from the pools and slides. We hope that the property managers will consider this an area of importance to reinvest in. Very close to many areas in Paphos to explore.

It just everything u need to rest, specially with kids. Meals, clean wide rooms, swimming pools, water park, spa, souvinier store, walk across the sea, good music and bars at night and much more. We'll be back for sure It was great and very recommended Great value for your money
