Modern hotel for Larnaca, but lacking warmth. As a Cypriot who has visited Cyprus all my life and now returns with my own family, I was looking forward to experiencing this modern hotel. While the property itself is stylish and well-presented, I was surprised by the lack of warmth and friendliness from the staff — something that Cyprus is usually so well known for. Unfortunately, dietary requirements were not handled with much understanding. Initial responses were dismissive, and only after some insistence — as my child needed to eat — did the team say they would “see what they could do.” Once approached directly, staff members were polite and helpful, but there seems to be a general atmosphere of reservation, as though they are discouraged from engaging with guests. Additionally, the pool temperature was noticeably cold, well below what one would expect for a hotel of this standard. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and did encounter a few kind staff members, but the overall experience felt impersonal and lacked the welcoming spirit that makes Cyprus so special.

Stayed at a sea view room in the main building, luxurious bed and bedding, the room furnishings very nice and comfortable. Balconies slightly lack privacy as only partially separated by glass from adjacent rooms. Breakfast is excellent.

They need to clean more the rooms more thoroughly. Also beds, bedding and towels are threadbare

Nice hotel we were kindly given a room upgrade on check in. Very pleasant staff throughout. Breakfast was amazing every day Disappointed with a pizza lunch unfortunately which prevented us from trying further lunch or dinner at the hotel. Plenty of sun beds and parasols surrounding the pool. Refreshments prices were reasonable for a hotel of this standard and we made good use of the pool bar.

Amazing and great location

Expected a luxury five-star hotel, got a low-quality one. Stayed in rooms 2009 and 2010 with private pool availability, got a low-grade room, far away from what we paid. Bathroom water temperature was never consistent, either super cold or burning hot. Management knew about it and still sold the room. White noise like a vibrating cellphone noise all night long from the so-called private pool. Facilities were clotted and dirty. Very disappointing. Hence, in regards to fairness, we were compensated and a room change was available for us.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel!

The bed was comfortable abut the bathroom had no storage and was mouldy. The pool and beech bar was taken out of action as they were hosting a wedding. Very inconvenient and they did not compensate their guests in any way. This is NOT a 5 star hotel.
