This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the Bruno bar and restaurant. The food there is excellent and service is superb. A special mention for Hana, in the Bruno cafe who is exceptionally friendly and helpful as a server. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk into town or you can walk 5 minutes to the trams or just across the road to the bus stops. Alternatively, it is about a £3 taxi ride into town via the Bolt taxi app. Kaufland supermarket is an easy walk away as is the Lužansky park if you wan a pleasant morning walk after breakfast. The hotel also has an excellent massage therapist, gym facilites, pool etc. This was our 2nd visit and we will certainly be back.

The staff were very approachable, and happy to help. We enjoyed the wellness facilities and there was plenty of choice for breakfast . Rooms were super spacious.Very clean. Overall a very comfortable nights sleep.
