Das Peronal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und es wurden nützliche Utensilien bereitgestellt. Das Wellnesscenter ist groß und super ausgestattet. Angenehm ist es auch, dass es hier gängig ist, sich im Sauna mit einem leichten Tuch zu bedecken, was gefühlt 95% der Gäste respektieren. Es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl an Massage-Optinen, die man für einen angemessenen Preis hinzubuchen kann. Das Frühstück ist reichaltig. Es gibt ausreichend Nahverkehrsanbindugen zur Innenstadt. Alles in Allem, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Was das Hotel noch verbessern könnte, ist die Kommunikation auf der Webseite, dass an Weihnachten und evtl. weiteren Feiertagen das Wellnesscenter für einen Tag und bestimmte Aktivitäten wie Bowling für mehrere Tage geschlossen haben.

Unser Panoramaappartement war richtig toll, wenn auch laut wegen der naheliegenden Bahngleise. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut, aber sehr überfüllt und teilweise sehr kalt, da viel im Freien liegt. Das Frühstück war gut und viel Auswahl.

La chambre était bonne sauf qu'il y avait une fenêtre qui se ferme pas du coup on a eu très froid. Pour le personnel était un peu ridicule et pas trop gentil. Le premier jour on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner est inclus puis les 4 derniers jours on nous a pas permis d'y accéder avec un comportement très malveillant.

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again.

The room we initially booked through Expedia was really small for a family of three and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. We had to pay extra to upgrade our room. Parking spaces are limited and there are still construction work in area around. The swimming pool is relatively small.

Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Tolles und freundliches Personal. Sichere Parkplätze. Das Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum Prags aber mit Bolt und Uber war das für mich kein Problem! Der Saunabereich im Infinit Step ist perfekt, tolle Ceremonien, tolle Ruhebereiche… Wenn Prag dann hier!

I have been to this same hotel for three years in a row and this time has been my worst experience at any hotel ever. I have arrived early by car and called the morning to check if the room would be available a bit earlier. During the call they advised the room would be ready latest 14:00. At arriving at the hotel (leaving the city for checking in) the room was not ready. The male behind the desk was extremely arrogant and new he needs training as his colleague was more professional. In the room the bed is extremely hard feels like a plastic box and the room is very noisy and outdated. If you are placed at the side of the hotel with trains you will not sleep (like me). The walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the adjacent room (yes everything including the sex and snoring). The plumbing of upper floors went most likely through the walls of the room I was in as these kept running. Till around 23:00 you hear the central heating system in the works and this is loud. The shower is typical old style shower. It is so small that if you turn around th slightest (unless you're super thin) you turn the heat to cold or scorching. In the corners of the ceiling you see the moisture is getting in this needs some paint or service. I could not handle to stay my last night and checked out shortly after midnight. Instead of asking if something was wrong or how my stay was.. nothing just a bye. A very sleepless, trip ruiming experience overall.

Clean room and good breakfast

Nice hotel! I was in the adjacent building which was undergoing external refurbishment, but that was not a problem. The room was immaculate. It would have been nice if the pool/spa was included, but it wasn't overly expensive. The free welcome drink was a very nice touch. The hotel is located a bit far from the main centre, but is accessible via public transport or Uber/Bolt.

Sänky oli hyvä mutta tyynyt liian kovia. Silituslautaa rautaa ei toimitettu kuin vasta seuraavana päivänä,useista kyselyistä huolimatta. Lähtöpäivänä ei pullovettä tarjottu kaikille.

Vi boede på værelse 212. Lige ud til togbanen. Der kommer tog, døgnet rundt, især godstog, gør det umuligt at lukke et øje. Da vi den første morgen, går ned i reception, for at finde en anden løsning/værelse. Bliver vi tilbudt en fribillet til deres svømme afd. hotellet får fine anmeldelser, men tænker andre værelser ligger bedre. Syntes bestemt ikke prisen og det vi fik hang sammen.

Riktig fint hotel. Bra beläggenhet och skönt med fri parkering. Väldig nära stan. Skön tilläggende simhal med den bästa bastu-upplevelse. Bara kom ihåg finns där tid på måste ni vara ute innan annars koster det extra per minut.

Schöne Saunaanlage am Hotel. Stadtzentrum ist per Taxi gut erreichbar. ÖPNV Anbindung könnte besser sein.

Basic business standard hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast. Easy parking. This is a good no fuss hotel which is Perfect for O2 Arena events. Easy walk to tram and bus. Not a great location for quick visits to Old Town though.
