Riu Palace Bavaro All Inclusive

Hotel muito bom, comida boa. Mas muito cheio, para conseguir jantar tem que ir pra fila às 6 da tarde, e não tem como reservar. Serviço de quarto um dia esquece toalha, outro dia não limpam, outro dia não colocam sabonete.. serviço bem atrapalhado. Mas a estrutura boa

I really enjoyed my stay at Riu Palace Bavaro, it exceeded my expectations. All is very clean and the service impeccable. The beach is super nice and clean. Highly recommended

Hotel RIU was a wonderful resort. It had all the amenities. Lots of pools to choose from a great beach area, lots of food options. Everyone was pleasant and very accommodating.

I like the property, and all amenities, and keep returning to it, for the third time..the entertainment at night and activities during the day are very nice! The staff is very kind and accommodating.. my only complaint is a long wait at the a la carte restaurants.. they don’t take reservations.. and so you come in and wait in line.. it could easily be 1,5 hrs.. with kids? no one can take that challenge well..by the time you get in no one is happy anymore.. Please work on improving that.. thank you!!

The resort has everything a couple, a family or group of friends is looking for in a vacation stay.

I really wanted to give this property a good rating but I can’t . Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Everyone barely spoke English and with so many international travelers you would think English would be a language spoken often . The food was sub par . Housekeeping would never bring fresh towels and if you asked for more their response was always later . The front desk staff was annoyed when you would call them and sometimes hung up on us. The rooms were sold as a “suite” but they were basically 2 adjoining rooms . For the money you spent to go here . DO NOT BOTHER. Very disappointed . Overpriced and a rip off

Mostly great experience, however, the Asian restaurant did not have good food and the service was awful. The server was rude, put her hand in my face when I asked for a different drink, and ignored us.

Everything is local. Didn’t like that we weren’t told about the towel card and that both room keys have to be returned at checkout. Beach people attacking us at the beach to sell us things

Food is very mediocre, same breakfast and diner all 8 days,variety / choices are very limited. Meats and fish are not properly done.

It was good and beautiful everywhere inside rooms, and outside. Only 1 issue we had it is staff, not friendly at all, not helpful. We always tipped at buffet and restoraunt l, but we did not speak Spanish, and we always had a hard time to be sitted at buffet. They don't speak English and not even try to help, just run around Spanish speaking people. Learn Spanish if you want to go there.

We loved Riu Palace it had something for everyone in our family! The waterpark was a nice bonus! The staff were amazing!
