Great property and well managed. Staff are friendly and busy. Always something good to eat and options are many. Bedrooms and patios are in excellent condition. AC is strong in the room.

Stayed at RIU Palace Macao with my girlfriend from 4/13-4/16….. had a great time…..the room and facilities were very clean….the staff always very friendly with good vibes….drinks and food were better than expected for an all inclusive….pools not too crowded, clean, and laid back….beach was gorgeous! with peddlers trying to sell you stuff as to be expected in the islands but all very nice ….would absolutely go there again!

Was excited to get there, but once we arrived, we were told that all the rooms were booked and we had to go to another resort once we got to the other resort the first night there 2 drunk men were banging at our door trying to get inside it took security 30 minutes to get to our room to get these men away from our door. Next morning, I see on the news that a college student has gone missing the night before

The stay was good I recommend for people who want to relax. It is definitely not a party resort at least not Macao, it was nice for the relaxation aspect. I enjoyed it.

We arrived at one resort and ended up leaving to go to Riu Palace Macao . We were so happy we did the switch! The property is beautiful , the food was delicious and all the staff were super friendly ! Highly recommend

Nous adorons le Riu Palace Macao. Ma seule réserve est le transport Destination. Cela fait deux ans qu'à notre retour soit il ne se présente pas ou comme cette année
l'hôtel a dû les contacter et ils sont arrivés à l'heure que nous aurions dû être à l'aéroport. De plus le chauffeur nous dit vous ne me donnez rien, il a conduit très dangeureusement jusqu'à l'aéroport.

Nice property - food better than other properties I’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. Only issue is room has a mildew smell which can be annoying. I would recommend candles or plugins to help mask if possible. Overall stay enjoyable, safe clean environment.
