My favorite place to stay in the DR !!! You can’t go wrong for this price !!! 2 mins walk to the beach / restaurants and grocery store 30 seconds away. Super convenient location. Best staff most accommodating they let me check in early and also upgraded my room. Real 5/5 treatment.

Best / most helpful reception ever. I really enjoyed my stay here it was well worth the price you pay. 2 bedroom appt was perfect for me. I had zero problems at Karimar. 2nd time here will look for my 3rd !

Upon arrival during the checkin process they make you sign a document that specifies that once paid no refund will be available. The apartment was spectacular with a living room and a bedroom, well equipped and very clean, I though I hit the jackpot! Everything was perfect until I had to go to sleep. The acoustic contamination is truly a real problem. I cried myself to sleep, literally, is like setting a whole club with DJ included in your room until at least 3 am. It was the most outrageous, devastating challenge I had ever experience. I travel a lot due to business purposes. I wasn't able to book any other hotel and loose my funds either. if like me you want a quite place away from home to work, rest and relax, this is definitely not your hidden gem... Stay the hell away!!!

Pros: Love the location and the personnel was nice. The room was comfortable and the top lobby was very nice. Cons: Broken WiFi!! In a hotel with many foreign guests, that's a massive problem. Also, the shower on the top floor shared bathroom was also broken. Like the hotel and the local vibe overall. But the broken Wifi and broken shower is a no go.

this hotel is right above the town disco. i was there on monday and tuesday nights and the music played till 2am! no customers where there past twelve,so i wonder why they continued .i suppose to bother the people in the hotel i stayed at and the neighbors across the street. i wonder why they dont get together to address this noise problem.Oh, no hot water either. hope you like cold showers after no sleep

Communication was terrible. We got there after 7pm and that is when we realized that you had a fine print that says there are no front desk people.

The hotel located on the part of the city with more active night activity Only downside is the they use shared bathroom But good overall

Karimar had great check in was super fast, the hostess brought us to our room and showed us how to use the apartment and AC, she Also turned on Tv and to use the Netflix, the space was cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and markets and beach. This property did not include meals at all, but the full kitchen allows you to make your own. Would definitely return.

They had internet-based television and the internet hardly ever worked so you couldn't watch television the toilet stopped up once the electricity went off .the door broke and I couldn't get into my room. some things were okay but it wasn't great. Dont drink the water and showering was a bad experience because you dont want that water in your face or mouth.

a estadia é excelente, o hotel muito bem localizado, tudo de bom e maravilhoso no hotel, muito limpo, confortável, atendeu todas as expectativas, fantástico, recomendo e em breve voltarei e ficarei no mesmo hotel, não tem luxo, mas tem muita qualidade, ótimo atendimento. We just needed to sdon’t think this property is ready for guests. It looked organized, but when you check surprise!! Beds smelled like sweat and some had little bugs, towels were damped. One toilet got clogged up from first use.
