Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

The entertainment staff at this property is top notch. Based solely on them we would definitely book here again. The resort and beach were gorgeous and well maintained. Food and drinks were great and service was amazing.

Passamos quatro dias no Punta Cana Princess All Suites Resort (somente para adultos). Nossa recepção foi ótima, com destaque para a funcionária Maria, que nos permitiu aproveitar as instalações antes do quarto estar disponível. O resort é grandioso, mas alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. A alimentação é mediana. O restaurante Casabe oferece buffet livre e há opções à la carte em restaurantes temáticos. O italiano e o de frutos do mar foram os melhores, enquanto o de fondue foi decepcionante. O atendimento precisa melhorar: garçons, especialmente homens, são rudes e só parecem ser mais atenciosos com quem dá gorjetas. Isso gera uma experiência desigual. O sistema dos restaurantes à la carte é confuso, com garçons responsáveis apenas por funções específicas, o que causa demora nos pedidos. A falta de simpatia no atendimento surpreendeu, especialmente em um resort considerado de luxo. Além disso, o wi-fi é péssimo e o sinal 4G da Claro quase inexistente. Para ir ao aeroporto, negociamos um táxi por 1.500 pesos dominicanos, já que a Uber só opera com tarifas muito altas. Apesar do conceito "Adults Only", o público é majoritariamente idoso e não há programação voltada para casais. Ainda assim, pelo custo-benefício, valeu a pena e voltaria.

I appreciated the friendly staff, close proximity to the beach, and the multiple options for different kinds of cuisine.

Beautiful property, no air conditioning and fridge was broken. Unsanitary no hygiene practices no hand sanitizers no toilet paper food temperature was never tested and smell of sewage all over.

La organización y diseño de la instalación es excelente. Actualmente luce un poco deteriorado. La llegada a la habitación fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos estaba lloviendo y al entrar a la habitación estaba cayendo una gotera (agua filtrando desde el techo) sobre la mesa. Inmediatamente llamamos a la recepción para reportar el problema. Dijeron que enviarían a alguien. Después de 40 minutos no llegó nadie y volvimos a llamar. Volvieron a prometer que enviarían a alguien. NUNCA LLEGO. Igualmente reportamos un problema con la cafetera y dijeron que enviarían a alguien. Tampoco llegó. Estuvimos 4 días y 3 noches, sin solucionaran el problema. Personalmente arreglé el problema de la cafetera y, por suerte, sólo llovió en dos ocasiones y nos resignamos a pasar los días con el agua que caía sobre la mesa de la habitación.

A estadia foi incrível. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns, são muito atenciosos. Todos tentavam entender o nosso “Portunhol”, uma vez que todos falam bem inglês e espanhol. Nós conseguimos desfrutar de todos os restaurantes e a comida é excelente em todos. Visitamos o resort vizinho onde também realizamos uma refeição e vimos os Flamingos no rio! Para mim, único ponto negativo é a quantidade de cadeiras na beira da praia. Nós tínhamos que acordar bem cedo para conseguir um lugar bom na beira da praia. Pontos fortes: atendimento e comida.

Staff was excellent!

This hotel was very dole for me personally. I believe it targets an older crowd. Which was cool with me that means it was just pretty quiet most of the time. I barely ate the food there, and when I finally tried the food it wasn’t hitting at all! My room got flooded the day before I left and it was a whole thing. If my parents are going on vacation I’d be happy to book this hotel for them. But for me and my friends my age it’s a solid no. Although, they do have a topless beach 😌 and that’s always fun for me and my girlies.

The staff is the best factor in this resort. They were friendly & hospitable . The property/facilty condition was a 3star at best. The rooms & facility needs renovations. The A/C barely worked & couldn’t get cool, the bed was hard & worn out. It’s a 3.5star because of staff & the white powder sand beach, otherwise, a true 3star. Budget friendly.

My wife and I love this resort! We have vacationed here the last 2 years and will continue. The resort is very well maintained and we love the fact that you can walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. We absolutely love the staff! Most remembered us when we returned in April. We spent 10 amazing days. The staff we must commend are Emilio in the lobby bar, Jose at the beach bar, Rudy for fishing and scuba diving and the entire Animation talent group, especially EricaCarmen and crew! We had a blast! The entire staff of servers, bartenders and housekeeping are super friendly. Also, it’s an adults only resort. If you’re looking for a laid back and relaxing vacation then I recommend this resort.

The staff is amazing. Tealky makes the trip enjoyable. José Lajara runs Le Petite Fondue. He is the best! Totally recommend looking him up while at property. Fun pool location with bar service. Beach is clean and lots of lounge chairs. Rooms could use a refresh but not bad overall. We have been here 5 times.

The rating for the hotel and facilities 3 stars, no more. Employees services EXCELLENT

Overall had a great time at this resort, but some of the wait times were a little over-the-top. I felt we were "ignored" many times whether it was waiting at the bar or waiting for our food in the restaurants. One night I practically had to plead for our food to be brought out. We decided to just eat at the buffet our last night so we would not be disappointed. It would be fine to do that every night as the selection is very good. In the end I would ABSOLUTELY come here again, so nothing in my review would prevent us from coming back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you have a good time there and are cheerful. The property is clean and peaceful. The activities are okay. The beach is very beautiful exactly like the photos. There will be various people trying to sell you excursions, gift items , bracelets and so on. Kindly say no if you feel bothered and they will leave you. The food is mostly great. RIO GRANDE steak house is the best restaurant, try their fresh salsa and nachos, aztec soup and fajitas. The pool side bar is the best, the bartender is amazing. You get free access to 2 neighbouring resorts. Make sure to eat ice cream at the next resort. Always tip the staff for your meals and drinks, they work hard and will take extra care of you. Carry US dollars to tip. You can exchange big bills for small ones at reception. Your room might have a jacuzzi hot tub, its awesome. You can also go to casino, just go to reception, they will give you free ride. The neighborhood resort has snooker , table tennis and archery. Every thing including buffet, all restaurants, drinks are unlimited and free. If you like quiet than go for princess punta cana. If you are with kids you can book the princess bavaro, they are both connected.

It’s a nice property, beautiful beach, staff is wonderful. Food could be a bit better. Only disappointment was I found a cockroach in my room.

Wonderful spot for an adults-only vacation!
