This really should be a 5 Star Hotel. I liked everything about this Hotel. The Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay there every time I go to Sosúa. Excellent!!

My 4 night 5 day stay at the Terra Linda resort was pretty Nice. I felt extremely Safe with aThe Terra Lindas Security staff on Duty 24 /7!.The On Site Restaurants Staff was Anazing,and pleasant to be aerved by them. The Room Service Staff were really freindl! The only issue i had was with my shower head in my bano! OTHER than thatv. it was a gr8 stay!

The property was ok, clean but old. No card locks on doors, safes are with keys. Front desk was not able to accept credit card at checkout. This was entirely unacceptable. Perhaps a one off, but not right. I think they wanted cash so had the pos not reading the card. This was the chief negative of this place.

My key opened multiple rooms. No chains or extra security for the doors . This place seems like it caters to people looking for a one night stand .
My room 110 had no working AC . Then change to 203 No working AC again . No reception staff to attend to issues after 10p. The security guard did try help us by changing the room to One with a working AC. He seemed to be overwhelmed because he had to attend to duties not related to his job but he did help.
Honestly i stayed one night because I was passing
On my way to Puerto Plata , and needed a place to crash but if i knew i would have kept going .
Sheets were dirty . Toilet paper drenched in water falling from The ceiling . Mold on the walls .

The Restaurant staff is not very friendly. The tall light completed Woman was very unwelcoming. The front desk and security are great. Again the one server had a very bad attitude

When leaving puerto plata we had our flight cancelled and had to find a hotel for the night. There wasn’t many options because of the holiday (day before Xmas Eve) but this one looked ok on Expedia. That is no the case. This hotel is extremely dirty. Rooms are very run down. When we arrived I went to the front said hello and was completely ignored because the girl at the front was so into whatever she was looking at on her phone. We get shown to our room and the room has no seal on the door. You can completely see around the door. The door didn’t have a handle just a key lock you had to turn from the inside. The room was very dirty. There was no toilet paper. In the morning when we were leaving we spotted cockroaches on the ground in our room. I was not surprised by this with the lack of cleanliness and upkeep at the hotel.

Good property in a very central Location in Sosua. Great restaurant and service . The breakfast included was very tasty and the service was great . The room was .. umm OK but the cleaning staff were great. The pool was big and really quite nice. Security is out front 24/7 which is handy and the front staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and overall the area/ town is busy and there’s lots of bars w Ladies very close by. (mag). You can walk to a beach (Playa Alecia) in about 10 mins and the bigger Sosua beach is about a 20 min walk. It’s about 20 mins from the airport and if your into food there were some really good restaurants within walking distance. I’m going with good value for the money, great location friendly staff , but nothing super fancy.
