Me gustó mucho excelente la atencion de servicio del personal, las habitaciones limpias, modernas perfectas. Lo que me dio un poco inseguridad en la calle, la avenida principal. Tiene una excelente ubicacion tan cerca aL C.C San Marino. Pero se siente inseguro perjudicando esto a la seguridad que brinda el hotel

Excellent Stay at Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil I stayed at this hotel from yesterday to today and everything was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was in perfect order. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful stay. Common areas are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. The location is ideal—close to the airport and key areas of the city—making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I definitely recommend Courtyard by Marriott in Guayaquil to anyone looking for quality, great service, and comfort. I’ll gladly return on my next visit.

This is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that they start cleaning rooms at 7:00am. They are very noisy outside of guest rooms with their equipment and constant use of radios. If you are looking forward to sleeping in, this is not the place to go.

What I didn’t like it’s the inconvenience of getting to your room you have to do so much just to get there park on the second floor which is pretty small , then walk with your luggage in the parking lot to the elevator , then stop at 5 floor to get out and get another elevator to get you to your room it’s a mission , then you are staying practically alone because the front desk it’s at the other side it’s Just to much 😩
