Very convenient in central Quito for any activities.

I would not recommend booking this property. To begin, we got to the hotel and the security guard said our booking was only for two people instead of 3, which we had paid extra for. After an hour of back and forth between us, the property owners and the security guards, the property owner said we could go to a hotel down the street. Once we got to the different hotel and finally got to our room we only had one bed for the 3 of us. We had booked two beds, and made one work the whole week. Aside from this the property owner only gave us 2 towels, two rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll. I messaged her asking her if she could drop off more towels for us and that we were running out of supplies. She messaged saying she would come the next day, she didn't show up until two days later with one more of each, then said it would be 4$ for this. Moving on, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the terrace spa. Out of the whole week we were there we were only able to book one visit to the spa, on our last day. Once we got to the terrace there was no hot tub as seen in photos, and the pool was completely closed with a cover we were unable to remove on top of it. I have never written a bad review about a hotel, but this was our experience and I just want to warn those who may be deceived as we were..

Bed was hard and falling apart, very uncomfortable room to move around. A hostal is more comfortable.

O apartamento é ótimo, muito bem localizado, confortável, limpo. O prédio tem excelentes condições, conforme o anúncio. O acesso ao local é fácil e o prédio está localizado em uma área com muitas opções de comércio e alimentação, muito próximo do belo parque Carolina e também do Quicentro, principal shopping de Quito. Preço justo. O único problema que identifiquei é que as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de cigarro.

Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience durant mon séjour à cet établissement. Tout d'abord, nous avons perdu 1h30 pour effectuer le check-in. Nous devions recevoir un courriel nous indiquant les codes d'entrées, le wifi et autres informations. Nous n'avions rien et les gardiens ne parlaient qu'espagnol (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description). J'ai du faire appel à l'aide d'Hôtels.com. Nous avons finalement eu le no de chambre, mais pas de puce pour circuler dans l'établissement. Nous devions être escortés pour prendre l'ascenseur à chaque fois. Nous ne pouvions pas atteindre les étages supérieurs (piscine, gym, etc.). Nous avons relacé tous les jours. Nous avons passés 3 jours sans pouvoir circuler librement... Ensuite, il est indiqué qu'un stationnement est disponible. Ils nous ont chargé 15USD par jour pour le stationnement (pour référence, louer une voiture à Quito coute 30USD par jour) et la personne à qui avec qui nous devions communiquer par WhatsApp était bête. Ils nous ont donné un stationnement dans le building d'à côté au 5e niveau de souterrain (nous devions prendre l'ascenseur 2 fois pour atteindre la voiture) Ensuite, ils nous demandent de réserver 24h à l'avance pour pouvoir utiliser la piscine ou le spa. Étant donné que nous avons reçu le fameux courriel indiquant cela la 2e journée, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le spa ou la piscine. Ils donnent une amende si on ne porte pas de casque de bain. PLUS DE TRAVAIL QUE DE RELAXATION À CET ENDROIT

Excellent location and the suite was amazing. There was a little misunderstanding the first day but administration fixed immediately. Highly recommended

Bedding were small and a litle be uncomfortable . TV, Neflix was no available all the time. We have to call several times to fix this issue.. Breakfasts that was supposed to be included. It was included for only one persone. We were a couple.. One day we were waiting for the TV guy to fix the TV, guy comes one day later.. We were waiting for him. He never shup up. The Breakfasts place was around the corner, place was call Lavander a nice environment and friendly staff..

Everyone was nice. Easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping.

There are no curtains, I could not sleep at all. At night, the lights from outside blaze in and it is almost impossible to sleep. I was also paid for a balcony room and there was no balcony

Apto en el piso 14. Muy cómodo, con bastante privacidad y vista al parque la Carolina. Me gusto mucho y espero repetir este apto en próximas oportunidades. El apto cuando entré tenía daño en el botón para ducha de techo y el de mano, dejo solo la anotación para que los encargados lo arreglen. El anfitrión dejó bolsas de té, café y azúcar. Me pareció un detalle espectacular por parte del anfitrión

El edificio y las instalaciones son espectaculares, la ubicación sobre todo lo mejor. Muy cerca del parque la Carolina. Recomiendo que en el apto específico donde me quedé puedan cubrir mejor las ventanas de la cocina, quita privacidad y me sentí incómodo y debía apagar luces para pasar de la cama al baño. recomiendo que coloquen film sandblasting. El gimnasio fue una grata sorpresa no decía dentro de la descripción del la reserva. Lo no tan bueno la comunicación, llegue al sitio y no sabían que era un huésped reservado y me preocupe al principio por eso. Luego todo se soluciono pero fue una experiencia no agradable
