Hernan was so amazingly helpful in guiding us on what to see and how to see them as well as reserved massages and dinner times for us. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our king sized bed was so cozy. We will be back to stay for sure.

The breakfasts were a highlight. We were always asked what time we wanted breakfast and each day we were greeted with a healthy, tasty and Ecuadorian breakfast and fresh juice. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic Old Town but on the outskirts so there is little noise. For us a highlight was being able to watch the New Year's Eve tradition of burning effigies right outside of our window because it is in a residential neighbourhood. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. The hotel owner host Hernan was another highlight. He was always present, always helpful and had great suggestions that helped to enhance our stay. One of us got ill from the altitude and he was very attentive and concerned. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a personalised experience that feels like a private home and if you want to be in the historic district

But what really sets this place apart is the service. Harnan went above and beyond, helping us design personalized tours based on our interests. We had a private driver and car, making it so easy to explore the area at our own pace. And if that wasn't enough, they organized custom massages inspired by ancient Andean rituals, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures offers a perfect blend of history, luxury, and personal care that makes every moment of your stay special.
