We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal.

This property was absolutely spectacular! Everything is within walking or biking distance, SUPER SAFE; the BEST island of the Galápagos. Staff was SUPER helpful, gracious and 5-Star quality

A equipe de funcionários, em especial Daniel, da recepção, é excepcional. O quarto era confortável, limpo. O restaurante, para jantar, excelente! Mas o café da manhã era bem fraco para o preço do hotel e deixou muito a desejar: poucas opções de frutas, pães péssimos, só um tipo de suco e de queijo (e muito gorduroso) e praticamente nada para quem tem restrições de lactose e glúten, fora o cabelo na geleia no penúltimo dia.... Podiam também colocar cadeiras e sobrinhas na areia da praia, para o conforto dos hóspedes que querem aproveitar o mar na frente do hotel (acho isso também razoável para um hotel nessa categoria de preço).

Staff were amazing! Property on the beach. Rooms definitely need refurbished, but okay for a short stay.

We loved the staff! I got injured because I rolled my ankle down the street from the hotel and fell on my leg. It was pretty cut up from the gravel. The staff were very attentive and brought me everything I needed. I was very appreciative of the help. The location was close to the beach. You have your own entrance from the hotel to a beautiful beach. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious! The fridge in our room was great! The water pressure was perfect! Loved our stay! We would come back.

We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property on a quiet almost private beach. Ice cold a/c, hot breakfast every morning, kind and attentive staff. Easy walk along the beach or the street to plenty of places to eat.

We stayed two nights at Casa de Marita. Location is amazing right on beach, breakfast was great. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one night, and it was great too. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very cute property. Even for a property on Isabella, there were a bit to many ants to deal with. More than I would expect to see even on the islands.

Loved our stay here. Rooms are a bit dated but can't beat the location and patio. Great people and service. Would absolutely stay here again.

Marita and her staff run a great property. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly and I found it to be a good value.

Misleading pictures of rooms on Expedia were not representative of all rooms. Our initial booking was for a Garden Room which was dated and not to the same standard as the seaview rooms pictured, but a seaview room had not been available to book. However, when we discovered tiny ants swarming the bedding, staff moved us for 2 nights into a seaview room. As the hotel was full we returned to the Garden Room for 3 nights and again had a problem with another swarm of tiny ants and a cockroach. Staff cleaned the room and were able to move us to a seaview room for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. Eve on reception spoke English and was helpful and breakfast staff were friendly and warm. The location was good - close to the town and beach, but also close to a noisy road which disturbed us every morning in the garden room as it was busy daily with the early 5am transfer taxis. The seaview rooms were further away from the road and peaceful with the sound of the ocean, had stunning views and were more modern and tastefully decorated. No rooms had a safe, despite this being a listed feature on the website. There was a safe at reception. We had to pay with a debit card as payment could not be processed on check in using perfectly valid credit cards which had worked in Santa Cruz and Ecuador before and after the trip. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed an excellent meal in a scenic beach setting although it was more expensive than many local restaurants in town.

Breakfast up stairs, my 86 year old father couldn't walk up. Not very convenient.

Lugar perfeito, bem localizado e muito confortável. Atendimento nota 10 com equipe muito simpática e prestativa, coordenado pela própria dona do empreendimento. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar nesse lindo e conveniente hotel.

It was very near the beach which was convenient , the staff was very accommodating , I met the owner, Marina. She was hands on.
