This is definitely not a 5 star resort, the all inclusive option is not worth your money and you will be disappointed by their food and drink options. Trust me you’d be a LOT happier going to Mexico and staying at a 3 star resort. The drinks are absolutely horrible, a mojito is basically 7up with some green syrup, and a disgusting aftertaste there were no pina coladas or any slushy drinks. The food is below average, you get sick of their options fast. The property it’s self says “beach front” and it is by the ocean, but there is no beach at all… it’s very rocky and there is no where for the kids to play in the sand! Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures, this resort is not worth your money. Also do not get ripped off by their in hotel taxi service, they will charge you in USD… they tried to get me to pay $20 USD for a 10 minute trip. I was dropped off to the resort by a local taxi for $200 EGP which is equivalent to $4 USD… they just love scamming people here.

das hotel und personal war super wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt und es war einer schöner aufenthalt .Es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel und würden immer wieder kommen . liebe grüße

Very bad service. I got food poisoning at the hotel which cost me 850$ for only 2 hours in hospital.

Some staff are unfriendly and unrespectfull

Check in time took 2 hours because there wasn’t a clean room available. Bed had hair on it so sheets were not cleaned.

Perfect location

Instant regret when I came to this property. My room was very very dated. Water ran yellow. Phones in the room didnt work. The wifi didnt work. There was construction next door all hours of the day, no peace. Hated it. Def wont be going back.

Prenotata la struttura purtroppo senza prima leggere le recensioni che purtroppo erano tutte negative ma speravo si sbagliassero o esagerassero. Devo invece confermare che l’hotel non è assolutamente un 5 stelle e personalmente non gli darei nemmeno un tre stelle. Tutti gli ambienti sono ultra datati non ce manutenzione e lo sporco regna ovunque. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera in condizioni pessime e per fortuna dopo un serio reclamo ci hanno spostate in un’altra camera vista mare questa volta ma il problema della pulizia è generalizzato indipendentemente dalla tipologia della camera. Credo che l’unica loro forza sia il panorama e un esterno mozzafiato Non so perché ma non mi fa caricare le foto per mostrare le condizioni pessime in cui ci siamo ritrovate

Les restaurants dans les jardins étais férme la disco aussi et les animations ce font dehors au mois de février encore un peu frais pour rester ! alors 22h 22h30 tout est terminée

Well peolpe are so friendly and amazing smiling all the time you feel comfortable meeting them room service was amazing specially Islam Muhammed he was very nice and helpful young guy thank you Islam Besides all this I think hotels must change the hotell it is not 5 STARS not even close althogh it is a very nice reaort on the Red Sea but it is not 5 stars but they are doing their best the people there

Resort bello ma cibo da migliorare. Servizio buono ma il personale dovrebbe essere più gentile. In definitiva ok...

This hotel has rooms that I would consider to be one star and the best rooms, maybe two star. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were unacceptably dirty. Examples were smeared stuff on bedroom and bathroom walls. Lots of dust on floor. The worst was finding strands of hair in the teacups in the room. The cleaning crew never came up when we requested. In our 5 day stay we did have the housekeeping crew come to do their morning clean up but the mop was so dirty, we declined the service. The food is just okay, maybe 2 star. Overall the outside is beautiful, very scenic. But I would NEVER stay here again.

- Towels were worn out and not clean. - Four persones and they gave us two beach towels and refused to give 2 towels for the rest fo the family. - Beach is very small and rocky not as pictures shown on the property. - Mini bar was not working and had to chase them by phone, going to the reception and following up for 6 hours to get it replaced. - Had a plumbing issue that also had to chase them to fix for 4 hours. Even after the resort manager promised that he'll make sure that the mini bar and the plumbing issue will get fixed right away. 2 hours later and nothing was fixed and had to keep calling and going the reception to get it fixed. - Any room service request was delyed and you have to keep calling them repeatedly. - Public rest rooms in the resort weren't not clean. - 1 bottle of water per day for each room even if the room has 4 guests. In general you can sense that the resort management is very cheap and not professional.

Incredible views and staff. Not to be missed or overlooked. The grounds are terrific with tons to do for any and all ages.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dreams Beach! It is an amazingly beautiful property, well maintained with lovely gardens. The culinary staff led by Besso were wonderful!! They made sure to know your preferences and make you feel welcomed every time they saw you. Besso even went above and beyond sending a cake to our room for our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff was helpful in all we needed. There are numerous gorgeous areas to lounge and relax and enjoy the views. We hope to return soon!

I really appreciate the culinary staff! They really did a fantastic job with the dining experience. I was very impressed with dishes prepared by chef Ibrahim Omar and grateful he shared some cooking tips!!!!!
