Poolen va jätte bra och hotellet va bäst

Séjour agréable, beau complexe avec piscine et mer. Difficile de s y retrouver au début car c est immense. Dommage que personne n ait répondu à mes messages dans l application.

1/5 — Worst hotel experience ever This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were extremely rude — especially at the front desk and the pool towel station. Right after I woke up, housekeeping knocked on my door, and when I asked her to come later, she kept questioning “why” instead of just leaving. The shower didn’t have any hot water since check-in. I called the front desk to fix it, but they said it couldn’t be done until the next day. The next day, even though the front desk promised someone would come, nobody ever did. I had to ask a housekeeper directly, and she said she’d tell maintenance, but again, nothing happened. I had to take cold showers for two days. When I asked the front desk to call a taxi at night, the driver they sent charged me double the normal rate. It seems the hotel uses some scam taxi service. The room was dusty, old, and there were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathtub. The next morning, I woke up covered in bug bites. Everything about this hotel was disappointing — the staff, the cleanliness, the service. I will never stay here again.

Veldig bra service og personale var tilgjelig alt og de er hyggelig. Renhold var bra, rolig på natten, god frokost, god service på spisesalen personale hente mat eller drikke for deg hvis du trenger mer mat eller drikke, de er alt hyggelig. Jeg kommer til å besøk igjen dreams vacation hotel☀️😊

The food was not good enough

The pool is very good and very big The hotel doesn't have a beach, but there is a bus to drop u there. Breakfast wasnt good. Check in was smooth but dont expect anything extra after the chexk in from the reception. Anything u will order from them will be ignored. Furniture need to be changed but its is ok for the price. Overall the hot is good, and i would go again if i dont have enough budget

The staff is the best. i had an awesome time staying in this hotel

الاقامه غير مريحة .. طاقم الاستقبال غير متعاون ومستويات النظافة رديئة .. الفندق ليس له شاطئ خاص ، لا أعتقد أنني ستقوم بالتجربة مرة اخري

This hotel should be renamed Nightmares Vacation. I arrived at midnight to find the room in very dirty condition (hairs in the shower, floors filthy, dirt and hairs in the sheets). Took 2 hours for them To send someone over to clean (no other rooms available). The shower was COVERED in black mold, the TV was about 20 years old and the lobby furniture was torn/ripped/filled with holes. If you want a peaceful night’s sleep FORGET about it. All families with little kids staying up until 2am making tons of noise!!

La ns. vacanza iniziata male e grazie a quella struttura che era chiusa e l'abbiamo scoperto dopo 3 ore (il tempo x cercare e trovare qualcuno che ci da informazione precisa e vera - ero in giro sotto il sole con due bambini), in ogni caso non torneremo mai a quell' HTL., La notizia più importante che nessuno era informato (ne noi come cliente ne voi come Agenzia grande, famosa e seria) della situazione di quella struttura (chiusa e abbandonata) ...... A voi il compito di immaginare ed indovinare come siamo passati d'altri 6 giorni nel' altro hotel della stessa proprietà ??ìì

It had a very clean, relaxing and beautiful environment. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was excellent.

Staff in the lobby are rude we have to wait for 30 minutes to find our reservation they are not helpful at all.

06/05/15 - 20/05/15 staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially the reception guys; who offered fantastic service even when some guests were rude and abusive towards them. these guys deserve a medal. all the areas of the hotel have been well kept and looked after, the swimming pools are always clean and the gardens are brilliant, lovely evening walks around flowers, statues, water features and of course the magic garden and the beach.

We are scuba divers, so we were not in the resort much of the day. Staff was good, but different to Canadian experience. They try hard to please but not always what you are expecting. The hotel is dominantly Russian tourist, Their customs are different to ours. It was nice to met English speaking Russians, results in a different piont of view. Great pools with slides for the children or the young at heart. View of Red Sea amazing! Snorkeling right in front of man made beach. Very nice experience, very different to Caribbean. Food adequate, not a dinning experence. Certainly did not lose wieght. Ask the chef about the food and how to eat Egyptian food when it is available. Overall Ok!

Det eneste dårlige jeg har og sige om dette hotel er at vandet i bruseren var koldt.. De var dog rigtig behjælpelige og tjekkede det og vi kunne nok sagtens også have fået et andet værelse hvis vi spurgte. Hotellet er rigtig godt og dejlig stort, det ligger dog så man skal tage taxa rundt hvis man ikke bare vil hænge ud ved hotellets mange pools eller ved stranden med de SMUKKESTE fisk og koraler. De har dog taxa service på hotellet til 80 Ekyptiske pund tur retur til Nama Bay eller Old Town. Man skal også være klar på en masse opmærksomhed fra sælgere og deres Anaimation Team, så hvis man vil ligge uforstyrret ved poolen og ikke snakke med andre en ens rejsepartner, så skal man ikke vælge dette hotel :-) (Og her vil jeg tilføje at de priser de sælger turene til kan man få billigere inde i Nama Bay eller andre bydele og husk nu at prutte om prisen!!!!!) Men alle medarbejdere er rigtig søde og der er god underholdning hver aften, dog kan personalet godt være lidt omklamrede(pige med lyst hår). Hotellet var fyldt op med Russere og Arabere, ikke lige hvad vi er vant til, men alle var så søde og der var god stemning. Vi havde all inklusive og var rigtig glade for det. Mad 5 gange i døgnet, gratis drikkelse(også sprut) 24/7 og maden var rigtig god, men måske lidt ensformigt til sidst. (Man kan også spise på Dreams Beach gratis til frokost) Egypten er helt sikkert et sted jeg gerne vil tilbage til og vil til hver en tid anbefale dette hotel, hvis man er til store resorts:-
