Personnel très serviable. Même si l'établissement est manifestement orienté vers les familles, ma soirée + nuitée avant de reprendre l'avion y a été tout à fait agréable.

The room was clean upon arrival and had plenty of room. I liked the walkout balcony, it could have used a better rack to hang stuff to dry but it did have a small one. The beach was nice, lots of places to lay down and enjoy the view. Towel exchange was easy and didnt feel like anyone was trying to steal my towel when left to swim or grab a drink. The pool was good, and nice to be able to grab a drink there. The food was pretty good and so was the juice. James and Mac diving was great and had very professional staff. The guides were very friendly and did a good job explaining the dives to me in english as the whole group was german. I appreciated them spotting interesting things to see during the dive too. The late evening events were decent too aswell as the drinks.

Lovely hotel after numerous visits here excellent location not far from airport but not on flight path.Staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds and showers with good pressure.Food always good here with plenty of choice and never a problem with sickness here.Overall a very good hotel at a very reasonable price

Was greeted by Abdul at reception a lovely man I've met many times on my frequent stays at the giftun. He immediately upgraded my room even though I was only staying for 2 nights. I had stayed at the sinbad club for the previous 6 nights after being recommended to go there but didn't like it so I checked out early. I will definitely stay committed to the giftun in future for their great welcoming staff great food excellent facilities and great location.

Everything was great except for the hotel management’s lack of respect toward the pasta chef at lunch, as he was standing under the scorching sun while there were movable umbrellas just a few meters away that could have been placed to give him some shade.

Trevlig personal, tyvärr hade jag kackerlackor i rummet. Trots upprepade klagomål i receptionen och till städarna så gjordes inget förrän min sista kväll där. Slitet och nergånget, maten var som bäst okej.

The staff of the front office were excellent and professional and also thoseof the room service, but some of the staff at the restaurants are not the same, especially those at the oriental restaurant

Outdated rooms, no WiFi available anywhere on the property except the lobby area, service was below average except the housekeeper who was looking after our rooms, Amr at the front desk was great during check in, Mr. Food & Beverage manager please put the plates on the buffet where they should be, not on the middle of the buffet, beautiful property with a big lake of management and staff training,

Giftun Azur are getting old. Have stayed here 5 times before but but I think this is the last time. The personal is fantastic but the rooms and the hotel itself needs a upgrade.

Hjälpsam personal som alltid vill att gösten ska känna sig nöjd och glad. Det ör service på hög nivå hos all personal. Stranden måste vara en av de bästa i Hurugada oxh är dessutom barnvänlig. Allt man kan tänka sig och behöver finns på hotellet. En del av deras rum skulle behöva lite renovering, men priset och allt därtill väger upp det. Är återkommande på detta hotell och kommer fortsätta komma tillbaka.

Wir sind jetzt das 6 Mal hier und sind sehr zufrieden alle super lieb essen einfach super Zimmer sehr sauber nur empfehlenswert kommen immer wieder gerne hier her

I like the view from my balcony The food was a bit salty and oily. Even rice has oil . I didn't watch the entertainment because a lot of them smokes. Mostly ive noticed this resort Mostly seniors. Amr is good also Abdul keeps my room clean every day. The beach is beautiful lots of boats overlooking . They can do better if they want to .

The property is beautiful. The rooms need serious updates

The beach and the pool are fantastic. The variety of food was amazing. The waiters by the show and the beach restaurant were ok not fantastic and the rooms are outdated and need facelift. The animation team and the show were excellent. Overall experience was good.
