Clean room, very kind staff, good breakfast

L'arrivo a questa Guest House è complicato: si trova in una zona molto povera di Giza, con indicazioni inesistenti e l'assenza di un'insegna. Arrivando di sera tardi abbiamo preso il vicolo sbagliato e non nego che ci siamo sentiti a disagio a causa degli "sguardi curiosi" della gente del posto che si è avvicinata a noi per darci una mano. Nonostante l'inizio difficile, il personale si è dimostrato subito disponibile e uno di loro è sceso a prenderci. La Guest House, situata al 12° piano, è nuova, accogliente e pulita. Il vero punto di forza è la vista mozzafiato sulle piramidi dalla camera e dal terrazzo comune. C'è da segnalare la vicinanza a una moschea che ha causato un risveglio notturno a causa della preghiera. Inoltre, l'eccessiva gentilezza del personale (te di benvenuto, acqua comprata da loro più volte, passaggio in auto e guida turistica dalle piramidi) si è rivelata avere un secondo fine commerciale: ci hanno presentato lo "zio" per un tour in cammello a un prezzo esorbitante (80€). Consiglio di contrattare il prezzo che può scendere di molto se avete intenzione di farlo. In sintesi, la struttura è consigliabile per la sua accoglienza e per la vista incredibile, ma è bene essere preparati al contesto in cui si trova e alla "gentilezza" interessata del personale. Suggerisco di arrivare di giorno per evitare lo stress della zona.

Service always present, friendly and ready to help us with any need, making our stay truly unforgettable. Another highlight is the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view on the piramides. We enjoyed delicious food with always cheerful service.

First Time in Egypt! had an amazing experience here! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Would Definitely stay there again!! Walkable distance to the great pyramids! had breakfast every morning looking at the pyramids! Thank you!

Une super vue sur les pyramides mais dans un quartier pauvre il ne faut pas s attendre a une tranquillites car a Gizeh la population est pauvre donc nous sommes tout le temps solicites pour leurs donner de argent pour x raison .un emplacement ideal car a 1km des pyramides on peut y aller a pieds en se qui concerne la chambre elle est confortable mais il ne faut pas oubier que cest une chambre d hote et non.un hotel le prix nest pas chere donc correct.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel. The staff and service was faultless and the views are simply amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area can be noisy and I was a bit worried about the location on arrival but none of those things mattered as the staff, views and price made up for this!

I stayed here for taking a shower as my flight arrived at 4am. Good : Beautiful view of pyramids, you can see 3 of them from the lobby. Staff is so nice. Bad: This hotel is located at a quite insecure place. Also it was hard to find out the entrance. I recommend you to checkin normal time for being able to communicate with staff to ask the location. In conclusion, nice hotel if this cheap price.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, dezent und spricht English. Unser Zimmer hat Blick auf die Pyramiden. Es gibt auf der Etage 2 grosse Balkone mit Pyramidenblick. Alles ist sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer ist mit modernem Duschbad und 2 grossen Betten im 12. Stock. Das Hotel hat 2 Etagen und auch Zimmer ohne Pyramidenblick. Wir werden wiederkommen, insha Allah.

Séjour inoubliable grâce à Françoise et Ahmed, le propriétaire, qui nous ont organisé toutes les visites et se sont mis en 4 pour que notre séjour soit vraiment formidable. Un très grand merci également aux jeunes très sympathiques qui s'occupent de l'accueil et des repas et qui font un travail admirable. La chambre était superbe avec une vue incroyable sur les pyramides. La décoration est très belle, le tout toujours impeccable et propre. Super petit déjeuner et dîner avec des plats traditionnels. Félicitations à tous, vous faîtes un travail formidable

Amazing views of the Great pyramids through large windows with beautiful curtains, well designed rooms and creative lighting. The staff is so friendly and helpful from communicating well for airport pick up, transport services to anywhere in Cairo, delicious authentic breakfast and convenient restaurant with a variety to choose from for lunch or dinner. They really helped a lot in making our first time in Cairo comfortable.

Everything was good. Owner is very helpful and nice. We were 3 of family with my son. Transport is fine with taxi. Otherwise city is not family friendly regarding transport.

This was an incredible find and an incredible place to stay! Set in a residential are 5-6 blocks away from the regular tourist area of the pyramids, it seems a little questionable to begin with but it was one of our favorite parts of Egypt! Obed the owner was extremely helpful and Francois who ran the day to day operations was so sweet and helpful. Loved the food and service and I would go back here time after time!!! Be sure to use the elevator, the stairs are a long hike up and you wonder if you’re in the wrong place!

This place was amazing. Great rooms and an amazing view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very tasty and there are a lot of dinner options. The shared living room creates amazing opportunities to connect with fellow travelers. Single or multi day-trips to any location in Egypt are incredibly well taken care of when requested. The service was beyond anything I expected thanks to the amazing staff. Ahmed, the host especially went above and beyond. I really found some incredible friends and a home away from home. Definitely will be visiting again in the near future!

The room is very clean, the bathroom .the seating area is clean, the people who work there are very friendly, they help to go to shopping.if you want to see Egypt they offer any tour .it's like a family home, that how you feeling .I make people from different countries .They offer breakfast . I spend a few days. I have very good time. Thanks everyone For everything

Alojamento fantástico com a melhor vista da cidade para as pirâmides de Gizé. Funcionários muito simpáticos, ótimas condições de limpeza. No centro de Gizé, rodeado de comércio e mercados locais. A zona é segura. 20m a pé do complexo das pirâmides (5m de carro). O nosso quarto tinha vista para as pirâmides, espaçoso e confortável. Recomendo! The area is safe. 20m walk from the pyramid complex (5m by car). Our room had a fantastic view of the pyramids and great accomodations. I recommend!

Staff and owner incredibly friendly, hospitable and tremendously helpful!! The view is breathtaking!
