Hilton Alexandria Corniche

Mixed experience at Hilton Alexandria Corniche Great location on the Corniche with lovely Mediterranean views, and the staff are friendly and helpful within their limits. The hotel also has a very nice private beach that I genuinely recommend, a real highlight of the stay. But the visit was let down on several fronts. At check-in we found hair in the shower and clogged in the drain, not acceptable for a Hilton. When I showed staff the evidence, the response was just an apology, with no real follow-up or service recovery. The surrounding area is older and very busy, so expect noticeable traffic noise and dust. I also had to ask several times to arrange a two-hour late check-out, something that should be simple and not require repeated requests. To management: a great location, friendly staff, and a lovely beach only go so far. Consistent cleanliness and smoother handling of basic guest requests are what set a real Hilton apart. The bones of a good hotel are here, but the execution needs work. I'd only return if these issues were addressed.

En i utgangspunktet fint hotell med en flott strand. De meste hjelpsomme mennesker som finner jobber på dette hotellet. Ellers litt vanskelig plassering og mye støy og støv, 24/7. Dette i en by som ikke sover. En flott by for den saks skyld.

Det eneste som ikke var bra var resepsjonist som vi møtte ved både ankomst og ut kjekking. Negative person lite i møte kommende. Sur og gråten. Skulle nesten tro jeg hadde tvunget han til å være der. Han ville ikke kjekke oss in ved det samme. Vi var sliten og utslitt etter 16 timer på reise fot. Når en kommer til en 5 stars hotel så forventer enn en hyggelig og imøte kommende person. Han her var alt annet en vi kunne forvente og ønsket. Dette skjedde den 23.06.2926 kl. Rundt 05:00. Håper ingen andre opplever det. Ellers var det meget bra og alle andre vi møte var veldig hyggelige.

Room was clean, with nice view of the Mediterranean. They were slightly outdated though. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were always kind and willing to help.

Highly recommend place to stay. It could be pricey but it worth every penny! You have a private access to the beach. The entire staff are friend, helpful and just awesome over all. Breakfast is great, drinks are great. Rooms are clean, and service employees are very nice! You going with family and kids? This is the place to stay at. Plus it is close to everything you might need to get or go see!

This was the ideal hotel, GREAT STAFF, GREAT restaurants-all 3, GREAT location, Great Spa upscale, well maintained, very clean, beautiful lobby, staff takes care of everything. We had an exquisite Mediterranean Sea view, again LOVED the staff all throughout the hotel-those at the door, security, front desk, restaurants, spa, cleaning service, all so beautiful, friendly, helpful, etc. This hotel would be my first choice if I stay in Alexandria again!

staff is awesome specially at the reception I experienced a nice short stay Room is pretty clean Breakfast is good the only observation I think as per my experience during previous stays in other Hiltons around the world and other know. hotel chains better to make free coffee corner to let be self serving so it gets quicker or to offer the coffee over the tables as some hotels do View is really nice

Just there no breakfast for us this is the only thing I miss it I paid more than $369 Canadian dollars no breakfast they said you have to pay for it

Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.

Hardly slept at all as the noise outside was so loud. Would not stay here in the future
