Our time at Jaz Neo was amazing. The room was very clean. The staff were vert attentive and payed attention to details, very friendly staff. It's our second visit for the year at this very same hotel.

Odalar idare eder çok temiz değildi bir adet banyo havlusu koyup ardından check out yaparken bunun hesabını sordular. Havlular özellikle plaj için verilen havlular eskiydi dikişleri sökülmüş eski püskü şeyler. Odaların mini balkonu olması güzel geniş ama sinek problemi var kara sinekler ve sivrisinekler çok fazla ilaçlama yapmaları gerekiyor. Genel hatlarıyla değerlendirdiğimde bir daha konaklamayacağım bir yer tavsiyede etmiyorum

Awful hotel, dated, poor quality and reminds you of a council estate from the UK with people on benefits. Would rather sleep on the street outside, avoid at all costs!

Just one night, but we liked the staff and cleanliness.

upon arrival at 2:15 pm I was subjected to an unacceptable delay in being checked into my room at 3:40 pm. Not only was I left waiting for an unreasonably long time, but the staff w did not offer any explanation. I same time, I requested late check out at 7 pm and due to emergency medical conditions to my wife and pay the applicable fees, but unfortunately I have told by Mr. Michael that hotel late check out policy is 5pm and he consider that extending checkout time from 12 pm to 2 pm is a favor which is part of my paid request. Hotel policy became very subjective to claim the hotel right but not the customer right.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentilissimo, cibo vario e buono , unico piccolo neo e’ lontano dalla spiaggia e si e’ legati agli orari dei trasporti dei bus dell’albergo verso la spiaggia compresa del Jaz Belvedere. Comunque consigliato !

Jaz sharks was a really nice, smaller hotel. The staff were always friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Some of the drinks were a bit hit and miss but the wine and beer were good. Room and bathroom were spotless and kept clean every day. The beach is about a ten minute drive away and a regular shuttle is offered that always runs on time. Food was generally quite varied so there was always something nice on offer with loads of fresh fruit and salad. Entertainment wasnt great (repetitive) and was the only real area I'd say they could improve, otherwise will definitely come back! Thanks for a great trip!

Non ha la spiaggia !! Pulizia ottima mangiare buono internet full !! Personale non parla italiano !! Mah molto gentili !!! Hotel si trova a 4 minuti dal aeroporto !! Se volete potete uscire dal hotel e trovare la strada principale che va verso sharm e prendete un taxi per 5 € molto comodo !!

We have 2 rooms as elderly they put near each other near restaurant and lobby. Reception attentive and helpful and solve issues right away. Staff are honest because i left phone in restaurant recovered also housekeeping the safe run out of batteries last day and it was okay to leave in the room. Room very clean Thank you Abdo! but what i like most is the Food its freshly cook not huge big amount and re- heated. Different each day meat. fish, chicken veges.The restaurant is small we queue in first nightwe arrive.Compare to other hotels its a small hotel so run down juice but its like robinson or squash drink. The massage ( near pool) in hotel very good and foot spa first floor really good. Shop reasonable too. We ate out most night as Sharm opens at 5 pm all shop restaurant in old market.We went tobSoho square but UK price for food more Western. We ate in El Masriyen for grills but if you go late you only get what is left with their meat. Fares restaurant was good but choose your seafood fresh weigh it before they cook it then you know the price. We went on buggy dinner stargazing ( wrong title because you see star only 1 minute the phone said it was Jupiter. Love the Bedouin dinner show and buggy experience. We bought Tours at the reception Sinbad Tours ( Sharky is the best). We were out everyday on Tours. Yes i reccomend Jaz if you like something small with good food abd cleanliness like home. There are bigger hotels but more money . Room have heater/ AC.

The hotel was quite good for a shorter holiday, especially when making small daily trips around the city (between lunch and dinner). Staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. The evening performances were enjoyable, though it seemed the budget was limited, as the shows started to repeat after a few days. Getting around outside the hotel was easy with local minibuses, which were a much more affordable option compared to the hotel's taxi service. The food was good, but the white wine was diluted with water after the first evening. Overall, it was a decent hotel and we had fun there.

Yemekleri güzel

Meget bra hotell. Hyggelig og høflig betjening. Gode utefasiliteter med stort bassengområde. Maten er god. Savnet at resepsjonen ikke hadde kart over området, da plasseringen er " in the middlo of noware". Buss til stranden er flott.

Staff is excellent. They tried their best to keep it up. But property condition is poor. Not enough facilities. They claim beach to their sister hotel but you have to pay for everything there even for your drinks. Jay Belvedere staff is terrible. Don’t recommend this hotel.
