We had an outstanding stay at Maria Pyramid House. Mohamed is warm, welcoming, thoughtful and helpful with all our questions. He helped us get water, smaller bills, and directions. The Maria Pyramid team made our time in Cairo wonderful. Highly recommend.

To begin, the owner of the Maria is a really kind man, who made our stay a delightful experience. From receiving us with welcome drinks, surprising us with fruit and chocolate-covered dates on our last night, and organizing rides to and from the airport and tours to Memphis/Saqqara, Giza, and Cairo, he took good care of us. The two people who were our drivers/guides (arranged by the Maria) were similarly outstanding men, who went above and beyond to share their hearts with us and were extremely knowledgeable about the sites we wanted to see. We were never hassled, never expected to go anywhere that wasn't exactly what we had wanted, and they were both incredibly warm and enjoyable people. My wife and I had a room with views of the Great Pyramids and enjoyed the lavish breakfast served by Rita on the terrace! Ahmed the receptionist was always on hand in case we needed anything from a towel or a restaurant reservation. I would have no hesitation in recommendjng Maria Pyramid House as a fantastic place to stay close to the pyramids! While the sights, sounds, and monuments were incredible, in many ways it will be the wonderful human connections we made on this trip that will last as our cherished memories. Thank you all so, so very much!

We had a beautiful view of the pyramids from the room and the rooftop. The staff were very kind and treated my son well. The room was clean. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the shower. But other than that it was a perfect stay. I had a bad experience staying at another hotel in Egypt, but this hotel is great. I recommend it. Thank you.

Amazing hospitality. Mohammad the owner is very kind. View of the pyramids is brilliant especially during breakfast and the entrance is a 10 minute easy walk from the hotel. Great value, lovely breakfast and lovely staff!

Great property and very helpful staff! It was up about 3 flights of stairs so if you don't see it immediately just keep walking up! The staff carried all our luggage up and down. Bathroom inside the room was clean, and they provided bottled waters for us!
