I prepaid for a pyramid-view room, but when I arrived on December 28, I was told the room was not available. The hotel owner promised—via Expedia—that I would get the reserved room the next day. That promise was broken. The room was still “not available,” with no explanation. Because it was late at night, the hotel is far from the city, and I was traveling with my daughter, I had no choice but to stay. The room itself had multiple issues. The shower was only partially repaired and still did not work properly, and the bathroom hand shower was never fixed at all, despite repeated complaints. This hotel does not honor confirmed reservations, makes false promises, and fails to maintain basic standards. Advertising a pyramid view and then refusing to provide it is misleading. Avoid this hotel unless you want stress, broken commitments, and substandard conditions.

Otel çalışanları ve manzara harikaydı. Kahvaltı salonundaki personeli çok sevdik, çok güleryüzlü ve sevimlilerdi.

Property staff were super friendly, very helpful and efficient. Any requests I needed they were very accommodating. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is very beautiful. we even had an amazing view from the balcony in our hotel room.

Utsikt över pyramider, men närområdet ser hemskt ut. Ok personal, lite slapp och slött Slitet hotell som är fotat med vidvinkelobjektiv…

The view was even better than the one at the new museum lol. The location lets you experience real Cairo life, and it’s just a 30-minute walk to the park entrance. Great price, great location.

While the property is ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay to explore cairo the surrounding area isn’t the cleanest, but it is cairo!.....the morning i left i didnt even get a thank you/cheerio/how was your stay,they simply took my key and that was it!

Très beau menu diversifié, mais la nourriture n’est pas disponible. Indiqué la présence d’un bar, mais aucun alcool. Parfois bruyant la nuit. Personnel dévoué.

Very nice property inside. Dont let outside fool you. Food and drink very good. Try the pizza!

The best view in Giza

İlk gün klima kumadası bulmaya çalıştık. Tesis yardımcı olmadı. Havlular çok az sayıda geldi. Bir daha gittiğimde kalmayacağım bir otel

Temizlik umduğundan iyi idi. Personel de güler yüzlü, ilgili idi. Ancak çatıda siparişler çok geç geliyor, etler çok sert , yine de tatil moduyla iyi idi, Rezervasyonum piramid manzaralı idi. Oda, son anda tura dahil olup ayrılınca belki o yüzden günlük en üst fiyattan oluşunu da rezervasyonda hatırlıyorum, orada bi yanlışlık oldu, gece geç saat gidince ısrar edemedim ,standart odada kaldım. Asıl önemli olan temizlik için özel oda istemiştim, karşılandı… Teşekkür ederim

Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate and grateful for them as I learned Cairo is not the best part of Egypt.

The Hotel is really nice and has a wonderful view, the staff are nice except from Reception staff, few of them were super rude after an incident we had that was their fault, where they overbooked the hotel room we booked for our stay, unfortunately that guy really got pissed that we contact Expedia support to solve that issue.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick von der dachterasse oder vom Balkon direkt auf die Pyramieden war super.

Expedia reservation was not honored. I have tu pay x $dollars cash only accept Why because the corruption in Cairo it's really bad. I never had a problem with hotels reservations before anywhere else ever

On a passer 3 jours nickel avec mon ami , on a apprécié le roof tope qui donne la vue sur les pyramides, personnel sympa je recommande

El hotel es de los más sencillos en los que me he hospedado… habitación espaciosa pero con poca clase. Sin embargo, tiene la mejor vista de las pirámides desde las habitaciones y en el rooftop del hotel tienen una terraza espectacular con vista a las 3 pirámides principales y las 6 secundarias!!! Realmente por esa vista creo que es la mejor opción de hospedaje en El Cairo

They have bed bugs, and not very clean. Amazing staff!
