Staff and facilities were great

Great place to stay and service was wonderful. The rooms are little updated like the bathroom but over all very good

Place was comfy, beach was amazing, sandy beach very suitable for children. The restaurant manager Mr.Ahmed Mahmoud is very friendly and helpful man who always make sure that nothing else is needed and he is very good with kids. Bar staff are very polite and helpful. Animation was good. Food tastes good as well but need to have more varieties.

Beautiful hotel, Great big room with great views and comfortable bed, very relaxing pools & beach , the food was great , beer was fine but the local alcoholic spirits ❌ undrinkable ,, staff helpful, very clean hotel enjoyed a great relaxing 3 days , would certainly return.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel qui présente des caractéristiques intéressantes, mais qui pourrait bénéficier d'une mise à jour significative. **Points Positifs :** - **Ambiance agréable :** L'hôtel a un cadre sympa et chaleureux, ce qui contribue à un bon séjour. - **Employés serviables :** Le personnel est attentif et prêt à aider, bien qu'il puisse sembler un peu trop insistant, notamment envers les femmes. **Axes d'Amélioration :** - **Animations répétitives :** Les spectacles et activités proposés manquent de variété, ce qui peut rendre l'expérience moins captivante pour les clients qui restent plusieurs jours. - **Restauration monotone :** La nourriture servie est souvent répétitive, ce qui peut devenir lassant au fil du temps. Un menu plus diversifié serait le bienvenu. - **Chambres et infrastructure :** Les chambres, comme le reste de l'hôtel, nécessitent un bon rafraîchissement. Une rénovation améliorerait sans aucun doute le confort des clients. En résumé, cet hôtel a un potentiel certain, mais un investissement dans la rénovation et une plus grande variété dans les services proposés pourraient nettement améliorer l'expérience des clients.

The hotel is approx. 30 mins away from the Hurghada airport, in a safe, semi-gated-area. Our stay was during new years eve and the hotel was good crowded but not overloaded. We stayed for 6 nights. The stuff is really helpful and polite, they speak some German, Russian, Englisch and are familiar with European people. The hotel itself seems like some years old, brokes floor tiles, yellowed switches and doors could be renovated. The buffet was rich and diverse, overall with good quality and some variety. Drinks within the All-Inclusive-formula were available nearly all time in various places. We had a room in the second floor with partial sea-view which was amazing! The beach is not more then 3 mins. walk away. The next pool 2 mins. We also used the gym and the spa, both comfortable but maybe also some modernization is needed. Everything was very clean and safe, the bed was solid and the room with lots of space.

Overall it was a great experience. Great value for money no doubt. The chalet unit was clean and quiet. Beach was awesome with available services. Kids loved the large pool. All inclusive dining was definitely a peace of mind. Restaurant was focusing mainly on quantity over quality which is understandable given the cost cutting measures. But overall dining experience was above average. The highlight of the stay was the hospitality and promptness of the staff. Moamen in reception was great and very helpful. Also in restaurant I remember Tamer ElSayed, Omar and Megally who were very helpful. Also Mohamed Saad in pool as well as Ahmed Jamaica on the beach. Family really enjoyed the vacation and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nice hotel in general. But They are more taking care for the outside than the inside. Buffet area is nice ande clean. Room are old. Bath room are terrible. Old and discusting. We change room because we asked for queen or king bed and they had to put 2 single togheter. And bath room was discusting. Second room the bed was ok but the bath room was terrible. Long walk from buffet to the beach. Was terrible for me because i have hard time with my legs. All the staff try to do all the best to make you happy. But it's not there fault if the bath room are old and terrible. I will not go again sorry...i don't understand how come the manager of this hotel 5 stars don't renview the bath room. Bel hotel de l'exterieur. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable. Le buffet etait bien. Les salles de bain sont terriblement degoutantes. Longue marche du buffet à la plage pour quelqu'un qui ne peut pas trop marcher. Manque de chaises à la piscine. Je ne retourne pas à cet hôtel. On a dû changer de chambre car on avait demandé un lit queen ou king mais on nous collé deux lits simples. Les salles de bains dans les deux chambres etaient degoutantes. On nous a proposé une 3ieme chambre mais toujours avec 2 lits simples et dans un coin totalement isole de l'hôtel. Vu sur un stationnement. Malgré que la salle de bain etait renové tout le reste n'etait pas selon nos demandes. On nous a offert un départ retardé pour compenser. On ne retourne pas à cet hôtel..merci monsieur Shadi pour vos efforts

A beautiful hotel building with a well-kept garden, a nice beach nearby, excellent access to the sea with the possibility of swimming. Excellent food.

Lo malo del hotel es que no hablan Inglés ya que lo mezclan y esto hace difícil el entenderlo la recepción horrible no tiene sentido de servicio y no dieron algo diferente por ser cliente gold

A butiful place to stay and relax

the sea was very good but the hotel facilities were very bad AC was not working in restaurant & lobby and the main restaurant was very crowded, unorganized and there was no food variety specially in lunch meal. The soft all-inclusive there is equal to full board in the others hotels and if you want to enjoy the all-inclusive you should book the ultra all-inclusive. the A-la-carte restaurants were amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
