Philippe Luxor Hotel

The staff are amazing. The hotel is tired but the pool on the roof is quite nice.

De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk maar het hotel is luidruchtig. Om het licht uit te doen tijdens de nacht moesten we de electriciteit afzetten zodat de AC ook niet werkte. We zijn van hotel veranderd na een nacht.

It's tired, and I'm not sure you would really want to use the pool! The room was essentially windowless, as you just looked at a brick wall. The breakfast room was in the basement, and was not great. But it was great value, in an amazing location, walk to Luxor temple and museum etc. And it looks like a lot of work is being done on the promenade right near the hotel with shops/restaurants etc. This is great if you just want somewhere to sleep and spend the rest of your time out and about, spot on, just what you need

This hotel is being slowly shut down with no investment whatsoever n facilities. Pool bar is mothballed and pool unuseable and dirty! Was a huge effort just to get towels and toilet roll to the room!!

トイレルームのドアが壊れて外れてた。 紙コップはあったが汚れていた。 タオル、アメニティ、ドライヤーなどはありません。 お湯は充分出ました。 エレベーターは自分で開けるタイプなので、映画のようでした。

Do not espect what you read. Brekfast - dayted bread and eggs! Small rooms, Unsafe electric in room, be extramly carefull Roof pool was the inlyft befefit. hotell has past tv-serie days long time ago.

Luxor was a weekend getaway and we needed an affordable place to stay. I found Philippe Luxor Hotel to be a charming, albeit older hotel, with an amazing staff who catered to our every need. We fell in love with them.

Clean hotel with central location and good service. Comfortable beds, hot water shower, TV with international channels. The hotel were a bit old in general. The breakfast food were very simple. The breakfast area was kinda dark and messy. Although the waiter proviced great service.

Nouvelle découverte de la ville dans cet hôtel proche au Nil, l accueil sympathique n a pas pu effacer l état moyen général de l enseigne, même si la chambre était propre, nous avions trouvé une seule prise d électricité pour 3 personnes, la mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre sur la rue nous a empêché de dormir, ma réservation chambre avec vue piscine n a pas était possible parce que sur place on découvre qu il n y a pas de chambre vers vue piscine,,, dommage

El hotel esta completamente deteriorado no tiene wifi no tiene nada comodidades

Staff are good but hotel is 2 star at most but its cheap so for 1 or 2 it's ok

Hotel in very central location, which is very convenient. The downside is the street noise & constant traffic. Hotel has definitely seen better days & in desperate need of an update. Unbeatable price. Helpful & competent front desk staff (especially Angie who was very prompt in addressing issues)

The room was ok. Shower was big. The beds were ok and there was good A/C. Overall the place is not very clean, it needs more love and attention. The pool was dirty, we couldn’t swim and the roof terrace was dirty. The breakfast is very minimal. The staff was very friendly.

Te best was the staff members. All workers at this Hotel was very gentle and patient .

普通に清潔なホテル。朝方に到着したが、チェックインさせてくれて、観光の手配も親身に対応してくれた。朝方はシャワーも冷たかったが、昼にはホットシャワーも出るようになった。水の勢いも普通。紹介してくれたタクシードライバーも嘘みたいに謙虚な人の良いおじさんだった。Wi-Fiはフロントでも弱く、部屋では全く届かなかった。 ＋αのサービスは無いが、普通に使えるホテル。

일단 위치는 시내주변에 있어서 위치는 평균이상입니다. 조식은 뷔폐식이 아닙니다. 맛은 그럭저럭. 화장실 샤워기와 수압이 너무 좌절입니다. 샤워하는데 참 힘들었습니다.

The room was just ok, with a working fridge and, decent bathroom (the towels did not look clean) and a large bed. It was not desirable to not have a top sheet, as the furry comforter gave me a small rash on my arms and neck. Upon check-in, I was asked if I wanted river view or pool view, and the view from my room was a bunch of pipes with no natural sunlight. Why not just be honest and tell me river view or no view? These people own a number of businesses around Luxor and are clearly 'suffering' because of the lack of tourists. Most of the lights were off in the hotel (I assume to save on utility costs?) and the breakfast consisted of 3 bread rolls, some jam & butter, a bit of cheese, and eggs (I am allergic to eggs so breakfast was weak). Overall, the cleaning and breakfast service staff were the only people who were pleasant and polite, and the hotel generally gave off a creepy vibe. Upstairs where the pool is, the lawn chairs and recliners were all in terrible, disgusting shape. There is a nice view of the Temple of Hatshepsut across the Nile. I saw a couple of cats near my room (2nd floor) but I'm guessing they don't belong to anyone in particular.

Hotellet giver god værdi for pengene. Det ligger meget centralt i Luxor. Der var god og venlig service. Opholdet var lidt usædvanligt, da jeg stort set var den eneste gæst i den uge. Så jeg havde mange til at passe mig. Det skyldes naturligvis uroen i Egypten.

Je trouve cet hotel bien placé en centre ville. Mais je n'ai pas apprécié ma chambre, pas assez lumineux, triste et la vue horrible. Par contre le petit déjeuner sympa. La terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine très bien, le personnel agréable.

Rummet var mycket litet och balkongdörren gick inte att stänga helt eller låsa. så vi lämnade in värdesaker och dator i receptionen varje gång vi gick ut. Frukostern över förväntan med ägg och bönor ingående i Continental breakfast. Vi fick be om hängare till garderoben och tvålautomaten fungerade aldrig för att man försökte fylla på den istället för att byta tvålpåse. Hissen funkade inte på vårt våningsplan utan man fick gå en trappa upp. Trevlig takterass med utsikt över "allt". Mycket långsam service när man beställde mat och dryck däruppe. Gångavstånd till allt man ville se eller göra i själva Luxor och lätt att ta sig över Nilen.
