Ramses Hilton

Ett prisvärt hotell med stora rum med balkong. Hotellet har flera restauranger, men jag använde bara huvudrestaurangen som serverade frukost och buffé-middag. Maten bar bra och det fanns ett brett utbud av alternativ. Trots halvpension ingick inte ens vatten i middagen, utan den fick köpas till. Det fanns gott om personal och nära till service för den som hade behov av det.

Aldrig har jeg oplevet en være indchekning Der var langsom og trættende Derudover krævede hotellet 50 dollars pr nat i depositum for vores vedkommende var det 350 dollars som du først fik tilbage på dit kreditkort 14 dage efter fuldstændig sindssygt det sidste gang vi bor her.

I definitely give this facility a 5-star review. From the check-in process throughout the stay we were treated with the best care and the entire staff were very hospitable. The facilities are top-notch, the room was immaculate and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Most definitely would plan to stay there in the future.

Great central downtown location with everything you need nearby. The surrounding streets and intersection can be quite busy, but that’s part of the Cairo experience and the location made getting rideshares incredibly easy. The service was phenomenal, with friendly and attentive staff throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of well-known food options close by. Most of Cairo’s key sights were only a short rideshare away, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. I would happily stay here again.

Room service “cleaning” was NOT as expected

Everything about this hotel was a disgrace and completely unworthy of the supposed 5 star label. Please DO NOT book this hotel, I promise you will be disappointed. Room (a higher priced Nile facing corner room) was dirty, old, ugly and in very poor condition, "Nile View" was very limited and other window looks out on construction. No bathtub. Lobby area is chaos and filled with people like a bazaar. Breakfast mediocre. Really a disgrace to the Hilton brand - I should have paid attention to the low rating, it doesn't lie, and for whatever reason this hotel has fallen into a terrible state and I guess just retains its undeserved 5 star rating due to inertia on behalf of the raters or because of the Hilton brand.

Starting with a bad check in experience due to a very rude female employee. Hotel is very noisy and crowded. Security is doing a very bad job controlling the general population upon filing a complaint against the next door neighbor who was throwing a party at 3Am. I will never go back to this place.

It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone.
