Lovely hotel with wonderful views of the pyramids. Big clean room with AC and comfortable bed. The staff are welcoming and kind. Special thanks to Ayman and Mariam who looked after us during our stay. We booked two-day tour through the hotel and had the most amazing guide and driver-Ahmed and Abdullah. Highly recommended if you want an unforgettable experience in Giza and Cairo. Thank you!

The room was super clean and check in was comfortable even tho i checked in very late. Breakfast was rich and the breakfast hall on the roof has an amazing view of pyramids. Also they didnt rush me check out even tho i passed the hour; Myriam was so nice. I would stay again.

I booked this trip as a birthday getaway & my first solo trip. I had the best treatment at Remal Pyramids hotel. The staff are all lovely and ready to help. I met a lovely lady at the reception, her name is Maryam (my namesake) she made this holiday a great one for me. She is always checking in whenever I’m out, to make sure I am safe (this is extremely thoughtful) and also gave me a cute gift as a birthday present. The room is very clean and big. I booked the Junior Suite, which has a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious! With lovely view of the pyramids. The orange juice is the most authentic OJ I’ve ever had! The server was very nice (forgot to ask his name). The manager also made me feel welcome, always checking-in whenever he sees me. Thank you for looking after me!! The driver who picked me from the airport and also dropped me off was really kind. A great DJ as well! I look forward to be back because of your impeccable hospitality. I will make sure to bring friends/family with me next time. Egypt was really really lovely. If you are looking to book, book the junior suite! Worth the penny.

Our stay at the Remal Pyramids Hotel was exceptional. The staff was amazing and service was outstanding. We booked three days of sightseeing through the hotel. Our driver and tour guide were the best. No issues at all and my wife felt safe the entire time. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast and the service is wonderful, especially with the view of the pyramids. And the food is delicious and big quantity.

The property and rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it would be an improvement if croissants and plain scrambled eggs were added to the menu. Ayman, the receptionist, was very welcoming and professional. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the three pyramids. The hotel also organizes reasonably priced tours that include lunch. However, on our final day, the guide took us to a very inexpensive local restaurant, where the food quality was poor, and the environment was not clean. Since we had not clarified in advance what type of restaurant was included, we did not raise the issue at the time. I recommend discussing with the receptionist beforehand where the guide plans to take you for meals to ensure expectations are met.

Dishonesty in their advertisement: 1. despite of free shuttle add, I was asked to pay 1400 eg Lb to reach the air port via shuttle 2. there is no shuttle, it is an uber car. Going to the airport I was so scared from the driver who wears flip flop and shorts with limited knowledge about the airports 3. Their add said 30 minutes away from the airport but they are over an hour away from the airport. unusual bathroom: water flows against the drain, very low hand shower that only reaches your legs, & flushing the toilet = water out of the toilet seat. No sheets were changed for 3 days, sheets are not clean, and once they knew I am leaving no one will touch anything in the room despite of dirty floor and used bathroom. Nice Jacuzzi but nothing around it such as towel hanger, foot towel, chair or anything. The room had a bed, a dresser, bedside table, and a sofa. I had to ask for a table so I can eat on it and a chair to sit on. I asked to exchange dollars and it took them more than a day to do so despite of telling me it should not take more than an hour. There is no indoors dinning area. Only very small outdoor area for breakfast. Finally, I would not recommend this place to no one. Honesty and cleanliness are very vital and what I paid was toooooo much than anything in this place worth.

Incredible service by Zammyr!! Great guy!! The woman of the front desk helped us a lot with the taxis and tuktuks.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel vraiment gentille, surtout Aymen et Ahmed. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Les chambres propres et l'hôtel est nouveau.

Väldigt nöjd över lag, hjälpsamma och väldigt trevliga. Nära pyramiderna men ska man spendera mycket tid inne i stan så är det lite för långt att ta sig in till stan.
