1- WiFi lento, era imposible utilizarlo. 2- Las fotos estan desactualizadas, todo se ve en mal estado, paredes y techos rotos, enchufes sin embellecedores, reguladores de los ventiladores del techo rotos. 3- Todo muy sucio y realmente feo, he encontrado vagabundos con mejores camas. 4- Un engaño desde el minuto 1, no incluye taxi (Se paga aparte si lo quieres), Tampoco incluye desayuno. 5- Retrete compartido, sucio, sin papel e imposible ducharse de la suciedad del plato de ducha... 6-

I did not show up at this hotel at all. I sent emails and messages and left a few voice messages; no answer till now. They do not care at all. After calling the hotel, finally someone picked up and hung up on me immediately. I wanted to book their shuttle, but no luck communicating. Even $2 is so expensive for here. I preferred to sleep at the airport.

Great place with even better people!

The property looks posh on photos of old and can’t climb up it’s 5 floors to go up on feet with your bags even though have booking took long time to check in when I showed them proof then when I went Giza I left luggage there as was coming back and staying with them the day receptionist is rude he acts as if he owns the hostel I said I will eat and take my bags and go he kept saying leave leave I believe this is not good customer service and he doesn’t seem to have manners maybe not educated or not not trained on customer service to deal with international guest I would like you’ll to post this so others know and decide if to climb up 5 Flrs go in dirty toilets and hot water not working or shower and bathroom Broken and not friendly check in receptionist who works day shift night shift guys is very nice and helpful and friendly if have owners name and no please send me and forward my email to owner so I ca. have a word directly with them too
