Staff was amazing.

Somos una familia de mexicanos, musulmanes gracias a Dios, disfrutamos de la belleza de Egipto y de las mezquitas, así que visitamos cada ciudad que podemos, Alexandria es una ciudad hermosa, su gente y su comida y la belleza del mar, en este hotel nos dieron un precio muy bueno y el lugar estaba tan limpio, el encargado fue tan amable que nos indicó lugares de coneveniemcia y siempre estaba atento a lo que necesitábamos. Es un lugar bonito y limpio a una cuadra del mar, desde nuestra ventana veíamos el mar Masha Allah ! Sin duda volveremos si Dios quiere ♥️

Odalar buz gibi ve rutubetliydi. Klima veya ısıtıcı yok. Camların arasında boşluk var bu yüzden dışarıdan soğuk giriyor. Montla uyumak zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki görevliler gayet anlayışlıydı fakat oteldeki bu sorunlar düzelmediği sürece önermem

Very poor motel

I found the support offered by the front desk to be superb. All facilities worked well and premises are located in the old area of Alexandria close to restaurants and shopping

I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel and found them to be efficient and helpful. Limited English available at the front desk but with the help of Google translate all was ok....all facilities were available as promised with some minor delays experienced with Wi Fi

It’s a 2 star hotel. I booked it because it’s central, close to everything. The pictures were decent and nice, but the reality was completely different when they showed me the rooms. I was devastated and not happy with the condition of the rooms, very old, very updated but the manager after I wanted to make a cancellation gave me an upgrade. The room was better with the sea view. Location of the hotel is not on the sea, but you can still see it from far. Mattress were so comfy I like firm mattresses and they have very firm ones. They had elevator problems in the beginning. They fixed it but elevator always stopping halfway etc.. The staff were cooperative except that young man during night shift, he was not fit for his job and never said hello or thank you or tried to fake a smile. Other staff members were very respectful and nice to me. Manager was unhappy cause I was not happy with the hotel and wanted to cancel than when he did gave me a better room all went well. The power cut off between 3 and 5 every day in Egypt - hotel have no generator. My room was quiet - away from noise - They do give you a soap and a small towel and toilet paper roll when needed. They do not have big shower towels. No coffee machines or any electric equipment to make tea or Nescafé. Breakfast was not included. They are remodeling and renovating rooms so there was construction going on. Air conditioner was good and worked well. TV have lots of channels but wish the size was bit bigger.
