Mycket smutsiga rum, balkon även lite mögel i badrummen. WIFI som skulle ingå i priset är väldigt långsam och fungerar inte. De erbjuder att man köper den som är snabbare !!! Trevliga personal och bemötande.

Excellent hotel structure in a new fantastic Olympic City, full of sport activities, food prices in its restaurants and room food services are moderate or honesty good prices indeed and good quality tasty food. When we come to the way staff act, slow and inaccuracies could be there, like you order chicken panee, you eat vege burger after 1 hr waiting for in restaurant dinner :) ... I am not happy with hotels.com in giving me wrong information on behalf of the hotel saying checkin is at 12 while it was the check out! A 75+ , 17, and myself had to wait about an hour forthe room and neither hotels.com nor the hotel took the blame, unacceptable. However, i will go again but maybe after they regain their car park as my 75+ father had to park the car outside the premises after dropping luggage and bring it back in again at check-out....too much hassle. The swimming pool was working the first day, the second day, it was closed and maintenance of a blocked waterpipe was going on.....finally, disappointed with hotels.com despite the lengthy years of using the website since 2007 or even before, maybe a good look for similar booking websites, other than the hotels.com, is worthy to be done for my longer forthcoming holiday.

Einfaches, aber sauberes und ruhiges Hotel im Olympischen Dorf.

I was in a suite and it was horrible , Walls too thin , could hear everything in other rooms , no tv , slow internet , cleanliness was terrible , shampoos already used , no hot water , and too loud all around , didnt even get a proper night’s sleep :(

sauberes zimmer und nettes service immer wieder gerne kommt man in dieses hotel.

The staff are not helpful and the room vary dirty they did not cleaning and the restaurant also dirty and bad food.

Wi-fi was terrible.

Hotel looks very grand. WiFi. Is completely non existent. Even if you can get a signal, (hallways and lobby only, not in the rooms) it rarely works anyway. We were in 4 rooms, not in a single one were we able to lock the balcony door, balcony's were accessible from other balcony's, not very safe.

in your website you say there is a parking, Fitness center... while there is nothing from that. the alarm was launched every night over 4 times and it stay ringing over 5 minutes, this is the worst hotel i have ever seen there is not room service, if you want a coffee go buy it outside, they never change the toilet paper, during my stay it was changed twice after i have complained about it, the save thing for soap the food is horrible, the same breakfast everyday I don't recommand this hotel at all

otele girdiğim gece bir grup oturduğum katta toplanmış kahkahalar atıyorlardı şikayetçi oldum ama hiç birşey değişmedi.uyduktan sonra yangın alarmı çalmaya başladı o gece 3 sefer anlicağınız hiç uymadım tam bir rezalet. iki gün kaldım, oda çok pis ve housekeeping odaya hiç gelmedi iki gün boyunca.duş aldığın zaman odaya kadar su giriyor nasıl bir otel hiç analamdım maadi deki otellerden nefret ettim artık.

The hotel built for the sports teams that comes to have camps nit for tourists The website said there is a pool but their is no pool the staff were laying and cheating me about many things They exchange my money with a rate I found far less than the bank rates, when I asked about the pool they said we have no pool and when I met the manager said that the pool was under construction However the roos were comfortable and clean food was average
