Turquoise Pyramids Palace

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a small issue with the shower, which was fixed immediately. The staff were extremely friendly and organized everything for us. Even the airport pickup went perfectly.

The original basic room was depressing, and I paid to upgrade with a little difference. TV did not work. The broken windows did not seal, allowing streetcar noise in, etc. The worst part, they detain you until they check the room, and then they allow you to check out.

The property is a gorgeous building with lovely decor, with plenty of green outdoor space and 2 swimming pools perfect for all ages. The atmosphere is fantastic in all aspects, from the welcome all the way through to the staff and other customers. The main desk staff are very helpful in dealing with all situations, and the other staff are so hard working. Management should feel proud to call them employees! We only ate at the hotel once, this was only due to our sleep patterns being out from the open times... the food was tasty and decent value. The kids play toys are aimed at closer to toddler aged children and would be amazing to see things for slightly older children e.g swings, seesaw etc. The swimming pools are kept clean and a great place to go during the day/evening/night. There is an onsite shop, pricing seems very fair. The hotel also has connections to tours which they can help with. We already had ours booked so didnt make use of this. My issues with the property are generally superficial in that some rooms could do with some finishing touches and some of the showering areas could have been built better (not the case in all rooms)... i personally wasnt a fan of having marble based flooring in the bathroom especially near the showers as it gets easily wet and very slippery. Wifi could be a bit better (this is an egyptian connection issue rather than just as this hotel) The same goes for regular power cuts...all of this is out of control of the hotel

Just spend the money and go to hyaat they are better then most but not much amenitues

Very nice hotel close to the mall and downtown Giza. Very clean with a nice pool. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

J'ai eu un peu peur en consultant les avis laissés par certains voyageurs mais nous avons passé un super séjour. L'hôtel est super si on voyage avec des enfants et le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et attentionné. La piscine a été bien agréable. Effectivement, quelques réparations sont à prévoir et l'hôtel est un peu bruyant mais le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Gros bémol sur le restaurant, l'attente est très longue et les plats pas super. Et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi avant 8h30.

Hi we have arrived a bit early and have to wait a few hours to checkin. Even check in starts at 12 we couldn’t made. They gave us an other room for temporary. We could only one day stay. But generally like the room and poll. Could visit next time.

This place is the best for the price in all of Cairo. Undisputed

der var ingen rengøring, poolen var beskidt, sengen var hård og Høj musik til kl 3 om natten. ci gik ud et par gange og bedte om at få skruet ned med meget kort efter skuede de op i gen. dog vil jeg sige personalet der var super flinke også til hjælp med ar bestille taxa til os :)

I think this place good enough to stay on it more than a few hours

Excellent, clean, friendly staff, beautiful property. Outside property somewhat noisy next to busy road, an 8 km journey to Pyramids. Great place to stay, just book your room away from busy road.

Der personal war nicht gut genug für ein Hotel. Die haben kein Feingefühl für den Umgang mit den Gästen.

C’est l’hôtel le pire du monde il vous demande de payer en supplément c’est salle, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude tout fuit partout la literie est horrible fuyait

The hotel was very bad and the room was very bad. I changed the room 4 times., each room had a problem. The heater does not work once, and the room is cold and the bed is not comfortable. It is impossible to return to this hotel again and take responsibility, not only for the hotel but the company from which I booked.

The staff were amazing! Spoke English very well and were very professional and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!
