Belroy Hotel

The host was very nice but the accommodation was very poor, Creaky floor boards dirty carpets, poor hygiene

Shared a double with a friend. Down for a festival. The owners were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Room was a great base for the festival weekend. Great location near the waterfront in centre of town.

The desk person was very polite and nice! Room-wise, you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were small but usable, some flooring and wall paper peeling going on, but nothing crazy. Very thin walls though. Right by the sea and a bunch of restaurants and stores, very nice!

dirty,grimy,sticky,like it had never ever been cleaned.stained smelly toilet,shower tray filled up with scummy water.sheet thrown down over wet stains on floor.friendly enough manager but never value for money.overpriced dump

Basic room was a bit foisty smell but on the whole not bad ..carpet could do with a properclean

Very convenient location, just around the corner from the tower - the toilet was definitely the issue and the owner almost forced his way in to investigate a leak on the lower floor ceiling, and ignored me saying it's not my toilet - it was in fact next door room.

Shocking room no heating working for entire stay..1 double socket half off wall...wardrobe had bar missing for hanging clothes no one available to make complaint couldn't wait to leave this place due to all this .

Thaw properly was in easy reach to the town centre compatible and with amenities quite easily accessible to the town.

The man who greeted us was lovely and helpful the room was very dated and worn you get what you pay for

I had a single room it was not good the room from top to bottom was dirty shower sink toilet carpet cups kettle bed never had a headboard there was know tea coffee sugar or milk in room the room needs a good makeover

Only book here if you can't find anywhere else. Pros : Location, Friendly Staff Cons : Filthy! Shower full of black mold. Dirty Carpets. Dated Decor. Whole place needs a total revamp. Such a shame.

The owner was a nice bloke. Arrived too early to check in but was still there when I came later on. Basic room, but clean. Great for a one night stay. Close to my event. I would stay again.

Couldn't ask for more Arif was very helpfull rooms were clean. Booked hotel again.
