Everyone was very nice at the front desk, very helpful. If anyone is coming to London and want to be close to VCS stay here

Not the cleanest and weirdly shaped rooms with little to no space to open suitcases. No fridges.

Room is very small but nicely organized. Shower is very small but manageable. Walking distance from Victoria Station. All sightseeing tours start from Victoria Station. A false fire alarm in the middle of one night.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for two days as a couple. The room was on the smaller side as others have mentioned but worked great for a place to rest inbetween seeing the sights. It was a reasonable 5-10 min walk from Victoria station which put it off the high traffic streets with a few nice pubs close by and Sainsbury grocery store just around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us leave a bag the day we checked out which we retrieved after seeing Wicked that evening. Bike rental station was just a block away. Hope to return in the future!

The rooms were so small. A person could barely walk around the bed.

Everyone was so friendly and it was a great walking distance from all major attractions, would definitely stay again

Great location that was easy to get to Buckingham Palace and the Victoria train station. Breakfast had lots of options and we liked the layout of the room with two separate twin beds.

Booked property through Expedia at lower rate than directly through hotel website. Maybe because of this, they gave us the smallest room in the basement of the annex across the street. Room barely fit a double size bed, a cruise ship cabin would be twice as big as this room. Stairs to the room in the basement were steep and narrow and auto lights would only come on after you took your first two or three steps in the dark. We left our towels on the floor thinking we would get clean ones but instead housekeeping picked them up and hung them on hooks behind the door. Housekeeping also left a pair of cleaning gloves draped over the bathroom door handle (who knows where they were used).

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente cerca de la estación Victoria y el palacio de Buckingham. El desayuno es muy completo. Lo único que no nos gustó tanto es que las habitaciones y pasillos son algo pequeños

Location is everything where you visit a country for the first time . so i chose close to Victoria Station . 2 blocks away the room in the website , the smallest is not what i got , we have the mallets double ai gel bed and the one we got , tiny for 2 regular size people. amazing building and pretty area. so if you don’t mind small was good . the breakfast is average as included . no room service and no refrigerator to store food either in your room so be aware, or the one we had. but depending on what you want the location is key

Notre chambre était au sous-sol de l’établissement, très humide et très petit. La chambre était propre mais manquait de commodités ( séchoir-mouchoirs)

思ってたより小さいお部屋でしたが、とても清潔でした。 荷物を預けた時、交通渋滞でレストランの予約に間に合わないことをレストランに連絡して欲しいとお願いしたら、快く電話してくれました。お陰で念願のアフタヌーンティーに行くことができました。 部屋が別館だったのでエレベーターがありませんでした。スーツケースが重いしわざわざエレベーター付きのホテルを選んだのに残念でしたが、チェックアウトの時にスタッフさんにスーツケースを下ろして欲しいとお願いしたら、気持ちよく下ろしてくれて助かりました。 ホテルの場所はビクトリア駅とバスが発着するビクトリアコーチ駅にも近く、重い荷物で地下鉄に乗り継ぐのは大変ですが、ヒースロー空港までナショナルバスで1時間かからず階段も登ることなく座っていけました。お値段も10ポンド位です。 もし帰国時にホテルに泊まることがあれば、バスも選択肢に入れるてみると良いと思います。 そういう点でもこちらのホテルの選択は良かったと思います。

Habitaciones pequeñas, suficiente para dejar las maletas y salir a conocer la ciudad, muy cerca de la estación Victoria con parada de Autobús muy cercana. Habitaciones muy limpias y cama cómoda
