Recent renovation in a good location - clean and with a pleasant guy to let us in 15 mins after we arrived and called, but VERY cheaply decorated with the most basic of IKEA products - the images are entirely misleading. The living room had one bright orange folding bed left out and another (seemingly broken) one folded and dumped for storage behind the sofa. No staff on hand. No parking as claimed. No wifi. Broken TV that looked more like a giant PC monitor. One small scratchy towel each ... also orange! :D Worth GBP75 quid a night perhaps but nowhere near the GBP150 we paid, plus GBP32 parking since the facilities were not as advertised. Reviews to the contrary most likely achieved via the cash reward offered as a rebate for a positive one, which is also ethically questionable in my humble. All in the place was sufficient but very dishonestly marketed.

The apartment was centrally located. I’m not sure if it was the fault of the owner or orbitz but I was expecting on site parking since it was listed included with amenities. I had relied on this information since I had a car rental. I had to scramble to find parking for my rental car on the street and then pay $30 parking two blocks away for the rest of the rental term. Was very disappointed with that experience.

We liked staying on Brick Lane and enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby. We felt safe and did not have street noise. The attendants were kind and very helpful with tourist/travel suggestions.

Great location, very spacious and bright. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and the low-quality bedding didn't help either. However, I do have issues with my neck and back and have an orthopedic setup at home so it may be unfair comparing it to what I have at home. Overall a good stay, the host was very friendly and helpful and the check-in process was simple.

Um golpe! Tudo falso! Cheguei lá com a família e não havia recepção nem porteiro. Fiquei com a esposa e 3 filhos na rua, sob chuva e vento congelante tocando o interfone e ninguém atendia. Só depois de 5 minalguem apareceu. O quarto era limpo, mas nada parecido com as fotos e a descrição. Fui embora meia hora depois. Não me devolveram a caução até o momento. Só fique neste lugar se não houver nenhuma outra opção.

Apartment was clean with all main things catered for in kitchen and bedroom. Overall, good standard for price. Had to wait a while for key at checkin so would definitely recommend giving a time of arrival to avoid this. Local area is quite noisy at night and windows are not soundproofed so this is something to plan for. £150 deposit taken on card and 4 days after stay was completed this still hasn't been returned and no email confirmation that this has been refunded. This is disappointing.

I stayed with them a month ago and they still haven't returned my deposit which I was not expecting to have to pay. I have chased them again today and will update my review if I receive the money back. Also the back bedroom was very noisy and could do with further glazing

Very bad

They took my credit card and ran it for my deposit. Later I found they charged my card to a business named “Westminster Guesthouse.” After hotels.com, called them, he lied and said he’d refund the “accidental charge” if I emailed him. I did, but a month later there is still no refund.

After an initial booking (elsewhere) went awry, we were happy the host was able to accommodate our family quickly. The flat was charming and we found the area to be convenient. Our only complaints would be that the flat was very warm despite the fans, and the shower head wouldn’t stay up so you had to take a “combat shower” as my husband called it. But overall it was a nice stay.

Absolutely disgusted that a £30 cleaning fee was attached to the confirmation email but not mentioned in the room charges. The apartment was bland and noisy.

Biggest gripe is that they took a deposit upon arrival and I'm still trying via the credit card company to get it back. Place is littered with camp beds, nothing luxury about it, oh and bedroom is right over the busy restaurant area so don't expect too much sleep

Right above a busy Brick Lane so don't expect to sleep too early. My apartment was ready for a refurb as per the person who let me in. Bit of a pain to be specific about arrival times bit they were still helpful. Towel, bedding and pillows clean but need better quality

Lage ist super! Man könnte die Ausstattung ein bisschen erneuern und einen Besen oder Staubsauger hinzufügen! Ansonsten gut!

Lejligheden lå fint og var sådan set Ok, men alt for slidt, og ikke gjort ordenligt rent da vi kom.. der var kun 1 rulle toilet papir, og ingen ekstra håndklæder til at tørrer hænder i på badeværelset osv...

This is worst hotel Not good area. Dirty room and dirty smeel in flat I am thinking of legal action for providing poor quality with luxary name.

Apartment was smart enough but be aware it's a noisy street. I don't mind that at all but light sleepers may do? The apartment was clean and the man who showed me in was very accommodating and carries my bag up the stairs. There is no lift. Also be aware apartment does not have a TV.

Escogimos este apartamento pq tenía buenas opiniones en general, pero ha sido una decepción. El estado de mantenimiento de las instalaciones dejado, éramos 5 y solo había 4 sillas, el apartamento no dispone de climatización y hacia un calor horrible. Ademas debajo hay un restaurante y el tubo del extractor pasa por el comedor y sale justo y al lado de la ventana que está junto al sofá cama del comedor. Imaginar el olor a kebab que hacia todo el piso y el ruido insoportable. Tampoco tiene demasiada ventilación, con lo que no había manera de refrescarlo. Ademas como está en una zona muy bulliciosa, dormir con las ventanas abiertas era inviable. Lo peor es que nos cobraron de más con el depósito de la fianza y ahora, tres semanas más tarde, no hay maneras de cobrarlo y no responden al email. Llamamos para pedir explicaciones y nos respondieron bastante mal, la verdad. El apartamento es bonito y esta bien situado, pero el mantenimiento y las instalaciones de que dispone son insuficientes.

Great location, multiple restaurants close by, 5-10 min walk to nearest train stations. The owner was willing to come early and we could leave our belongings. Thanks, was great experience
