Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep . There was no microwave Wouldn’t stay ever again and put me of the Experian website We only used this accommodation as was over for a family funeral This caused us xtra stress And wasn’t at all a nice stay

fridge not working no cleaning during two weeks 2 towels for 18 days no trash bin no soap for dishes discusting bed seeing plastic all around No response from the staff about those issues Not felt safe at all

The stay was quite disappointing overall. The kitchen annex was very poorly equipped — only a kettle, fridge, few plates, one spoon, and one knife were provided. The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and often malfunctioned, getting stuck and causing water to run continuously. The building itself had no sound insulation, so it was very noisy — you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and staircase, which was especially disturbing at night. Additionally, check-in details were sent much later than expected, and the message lacked important information. No photos of the building were provided, which made it unnecessarily difficult to find the location. Overall, the experience did not match expectations.
