We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need and easy to get around. Just keep in mind that it’s located on the 5th floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal if you have mobility issues. Also, there’s no air conditioning, which could be a bit warm during the summer months. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

All good once I got in. Comms ref access to building were non-existent - I had to call support line to get access code which had been allegedly sent (they arrive in my inbox after I’d checked out the next day)

Great location. Good price. Wifi didn't work for us (we didn't seek help for this though) and would be great to have had some washing up liquid to handwash the few plates/ cutlery we used.

The apartment hadn't been serviced by the time I arrived at about 9:30pm on the day of check in. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen will all dirty, and towels/linens had not been changed. I alerted the owners via the message thread that they used to send me instructions to gain entry, and they have not responded to any of my messages within the past 36 hours. I had to abandon the apartment and check into another nearby hotel.

Nice location, and nice apartment, but is was so cold! We tried to times to get someone to fix it, and it helped some, but next time we will make it a priority from the start. Also a bathroom door didn't close all the way, and we were moved without information from Tower Hill.

Overall apartment is nice and convenient for Central London. Easy to find and get to. Very clean and well maintained. The heating was set at a constant temperature of 21 degrees which I couldn’t seem to adjust during my stay, I would have liked to turn the heating up, it was snowing! Also the bedroom could be made a lot more cosy with a headboard for the bed and better quality furnishings. Other than that communication from cambria was good and when I needed help they were available over the phone and on WhatsApp.

Muy bonito, solo vimos como inconveniente que no cuente con elevador y subir varias maletas grandes hasta el último piso fue pesado. Otro inconveniente es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y es muy caliente el piso.

Great property at a reasonable price. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a family of four which is hard to find at a fair price. Check in was easy with codes provided one day in advance and keys in lock box. Communication came quickly and often. The place was clean and modern with plenty of room and a nice, useful kitchen. Two bedroom apt had two full bathrooms, great for traveling with a family. Location is great for tourist visit, just 5 min walk to two tube stations and a short walk to tower of London, Tower bridge and more sightseeing. Yet it is on a quiet street away from hustle of the main streets. Would recommend for family vacation or long stay business travel.

Checkin was a problem. I never received the code so had to call. Once I spoke to someone they fixed it quickly. Otherwise a nice apartment in a great location.
