This is a spacious two bedroom, two bath apartment with a living room, kitchen, and washer and dryer (both in the same unit). The unit is perfect for an anyone needing two bedrooms and two baths. The unit is not fancy. It has the essentials. The building does not have a lobby, bar or restaurant, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a small check-in desk at the entrance of the building. Be prepared to post a damage deposit with a credit card or cash.

Staff extremely friendly. No outlets in bathroom. Room smelled like fragrance.

Wonderful stay. Apartment is large, quiet & beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open living space with table & chairs, fantastic kitchen with all appliances, including washer/dryer. Location is on a beautiful, quiet street near everything - shopping, train, museums, Hyde Park. Front office staff were very helpful & friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and well-maintained, this place was exactly what we needed, and perfect location!

We stayed in the Studio Apartment, and it was great. There is a washer/dry combo, however, don’t plan on anything over a few t-shirt and maybe one pair of heavy jeans. There are enough dishes and pans to cook for 2 people, there is a built-in dishwasher if required. Detergent, dishwasher pods and washer detergent. Neighborhood was nice and you’re within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Harrods and the Victoria and Albert. There is a wide variety of restaurant within walking distance of the apartment.

We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. We asked for a safe cot mattress and were provided with a stained old mattress that didn’t fit the cot frame. Completely unsafe and dangerous for a small baby. The property also changed the high chair to other dangerous options, despite a discussion on what is a safe high chair needs to be for a small baby. Perhaps these chairs were fine for older infants but certainly not for a baby. After some discussions with management, who seemingly couldn’t (or didn't want to) understand what is safe for a young baby, we were forced to go and buy our own equipment. We requested to leave the property and were denied any chance of a refund, despite the fact that the property did not supply the advertised and agreed facilities. Eventually we checked out early in spite of this. Furthermore, the beds are not king sized, they are two singles zipped together, the dryer does not work (3+ hours for <4kg) and other advertised services don’t exist (no satellite tv etc). The living room window in our apartment has gaps between the frames so there is a strong draft that makes temperature management a nightmare.

Great place to stay. Apartment was very large and comfortable. Reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. Close to Underground, restaurants and stores. Safe walking at night.

This is located in a beautiful quite road,very short walk to Harrods, shops and restaurants. we stayed in an one bed apartment, very clean and spacious. always a member of staff to greet us. will now always use this place when visiting London

Amazing property, highly recommended!

Nice decent hotel. Cleac just few minutes to harrods, nice area. But no house keeping during my stay 3 days. They only clean every other day not as stated everyday during weekdays. In general clean decent, highly recommended

Very filthy. stain on the carpet & sofa. Trash bags stored ouside near dining table window. Furniture over crowded for small living room area. Expensive some how but good location and Staff friendly.

The location property is great, close to restaurants and shipping. also, it's a quiet and safe area. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. But the furniture is very outdated, mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The furniture in the living room was very old not comfortable to set on for more than 10 minutes and it doesn't seem clean.

I loved the property, it was clean, safe and inviting.

The manager kindly upgraded our room from a one-bedder to a two-bedder. The apartment was in an excellent condition - it was clean and the furnishings looked new. The location of the apartment was excellent: only a couple of minutes from Harrods. The only downside was that the reception area was very small so if lots of guests were checking out, they'd all leave their suitcases in the hallway. Also, not all the apartments were accessible; ours could only be accessed via the lift and then a small fleet of stairs. Other than that, we felt safe and comfortable during our three-night stay. The staff was courteous and always on hand to assist.
