At check-in I was told we had a groud floor room in the annexe. I was initially disappointed as I would never book an annexe room, however it was amazing. The room I booked was a junior suite and it was quite spacious with patio doors leading into a private garden for hotel guests which had an excellent view of the river. There was a pedestal fan in the room which was a blessing as we were there in the heatwave. There was plenty of drawer space and a small wardrobe. I would be very wary of the coffee tables as they were made of what looked like bamboo so the surface wasn’t very reliable to hold your coffee cup. The chest of drawers had one handle missing and one of the hooks behind the bathroom door had been broken and hadn’t been repaired. We arrived early so our room wasn’t ready, so we sat I the beer garden and had a snack. Although you couldn’t really call it a snack as the baguettes were quite large. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was of good standard. Overall we had an excellent stay and I hope we get the opportunity to stay there in the future.

A lovely hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Parking was fine with two car parks. The food was very good. A good position for the shops and cathedral. Right next to the River Severn. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Hotel very smart and well maintained the staff were very good at their job and pleasant with it. Must give a mention about the dining experience. Lovely setting tables overlooking the river and the food I thought was exceptional. We had a junior suite overlooking the river on the third floor with a small balcony and french doors (room 30) There is a second carpark which is ideal for access to those rooms. It's situated virtually next door to Worcester cathedral We will be back many thanks for a great stay
