Commerces à proximité, wifi de faible qualité. Ménage non fait tous les jours. Lit dur et grinçant. Faible insonorisation avec beaucoup de bruits que l’on entend des autres chambres. Murs sales. Draps et serviettes sales. Eau froide durant deux jours. Bien que proche des commodités cet hôtel est à bannir. Odeur de nourritures en constant dans les communs et dans les chambres par les aérations.

Clean room, friendly staff, fridge in room was a bonus! WiFi was a bit spotty but apart from that it was all good!

Room wasn’t clean when we arrived. Our room was on 2nd floor and there wasn’t any lift. The room even doesn’t have a hand wash liquid !! Although that we were 3 people in the room but they just put 2 shower packs in the room.

Bett sauber. Das Zimmer echt kalt und die Heizung nicht an. Es ist auch sehr klein und kaum Platz für Koffer vorhanden. Zustand des Badezimmers ist ok. Tägliche Zimmerteinigung bedeutet, dass mur das Bett gemacht wird. Jedoch ist Transfer in das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen (Bahn-Station ca. 10min entfernt.) Und auch viele der Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gut wenn man nur einen Platz zum schlafen braucht.

Otrevlig personal, mögel i rummet, ej frukost trots att vi betalat för det, ser ej ut som på bilder, ingen personal varken in- eller utcheckning (behövde vänta länge), lyhört, på natten vakna vi av att några andra som bodde där ryckte i våran dörr så vi vaknade pga fel vägledning- sedan hörde vi hur någon personal skrek på dem. Kändes bara otryckt. Vi fick bara smutsiga handdukar.

Good location with many underground stations nearby. Room was okay for a short stay and a solo traveler, but the conditions of the room are not brand new. Wifi was not great since it didn’t reach the room and there were issues with the warm water.

The hotel was too small and they put me at the basement which i dont really like. When checking out, there was nobody at the reception and the door was open without any staff available.

Vidste jo godt det var et budget hotel, snusket, og en enkelt lille karkelak på badeværelset. Misvisende billeder med morgenmad, som ikke findes. Find noget andet.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido poco grata. Para empezar, yo elegi este hotel por su ubicacion (lo unico bueno q tiene) y por tener desayuno (el cual no existe, no tienen este servicio, asi q, sus fotos son falsas). Luego, la television de la habitacion esta desconfigurada (jamas pude ver la tele). Lo comunique nada mas llegar, al dia siguiente lo pregunte (por la noche, y la respuesta del trabajador fue NO SE, y que tenia q hablar con el manager porq el habia avisado del problema con la tv). Ademas, una de las camas estaba fatal, te clavabas los muelles, asi de literal fue, se notaban los hierros. No tenia ni mesa de noche y la nevera super inestable. Luego, la puerta de la ducha del baño estaba descuadrada, no cerraba bien, estaba torcida. Su precio me parecio muy elevado para todos los detalles q tiene malos. Lo unico bueno fue la ubicacion y la limpieza diaria que hay en las habitaciones. Ahhh y encima, te cobran si quieres dejar tus maletas (storage)... Sinceramente, por su calidad-precio NO lo recomiendo

The photos advertised are deceiving. The twin room I was given was cramp and unclean. I don't think they clean the rooms well as there was still stuff left from previous occupiers (which I raised with the receptionist) and the basic expected amenity (i.e water heating) is bad.

it was easy to get around from the property, and there were good options for snacks and breakfast nearby.

I honestly wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It seemed clean at first with clean sheets, but you can really tell it’s been neglected for years, stained bed frame, moldy bathroom tiles, dusty vent, even the shower head looked a bit questionable. We were given a tiny basement room that looked nothing like the photos on Expedia. The bed was squeezed into a corner, so one of us basically had to climb in and sleep against the wall. It also looked like a bit of a DIY project, with an uneven headboard and cushions peeling off. The bed faced the door, which had a pretty big gap, so any light from the corridor just lit up the room at night. On top of that, the whole building is quite old and noisy, we could hear people walking around, doors closing, stairs creaking… we didn't really have a good sleep. The only good thing I can say is the location is convenient, close to shops, the O2, and public transport. But overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Great rooms, great staff, clean, fantastic location

The room I was in really needed updated and fixed. Broken lighting fixtures, tears in the bed headrest etc…. I was in room 37, the single room. Not suitable for anyone over 5 foot tall, as the ceiling arches down over half the room. There is a good fridge, but you will bump your head using it. You will bump your head using the toilet. There is a funky smell coming off the toilet. Not recommended for a long stay, but for 2 or 3 nights. Great location. I spent most of my time away from the hotel, but when I met the staff they were all polite and friendly. Just wish the property was as good as the staff were.
