Excellent value! Very small room but big enough to sleep in. Kitchen shared but very close by. Very handy for the station and city centre shops.

Beds are not comfortable at all. It smell awful as soon as you walk into the buliding No one at reception Shower head was full of limescale. No parking. Doors don't lock. No a/c I had to open the windows at night which was very nosiy which led to broken sleep..

The bedsheets were stained and pillows were seemingly not clean. Even the bed mattress was not comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I would at least recommend having the bed sheets changed for any guests coming in.

I have been charged twice for the stay. I contacted Expedia, but according to Expedia customer service, the property manager has refused to refund me. Please avoid this property at all costs.

I'd booked a basic room, as I was planning to arrive late and leave early. Unfortunately, I arrived early and had a longer evening in the room than anticipated. On first viewing, the room does not reflect the images on the website. I can handle a room looking tired, particularly at a budget price, but there's no excuse for a lack cleanliness. Yellowed bedsheets with stains led to me sleeping on top of the duvet rather than under it. A hard and rough bath towel which was stained. Hairs and grime on pillows, and all room and bathroom surfaces. I genuinely wouldnt recommend staying here, even to save money.

Great location, close to the city centre.

The experience in this apartment was the worst I have ever seen/encountered. To begin with when I had arrived at the apartment the bed sheets were smelling of sweat and had stains. The toilet was very dirty and I asked the supervisor to have them changed which he did but little did I know that he would go downstairs and start talking about us in a rude and unprofessional way to his colleague and her boyfriend (non working staff individual). After that I was woken up at 3:00AM by loud bangs on the door being threatened to leave the place because apparently payment was not made yet it showed booked on the app. There was a non-staff individual threatening to kick us out together with the staff - who claimed to had called us during the night when we were sleeping and was also very rude with her communication. She and the non staff boyfriend called us to go pay or else we would be kicked out and what was puzzling is the apartment was booked on the app. Supervisor came shortly and insisted we sorted the matter in the morning. Next morning the manager came and everything was sorted, we cut our stay short because this experience was not only dissatisfying but traumatising. The manager had to charge us a discounted fee for our stay after we complained to him. We travelled from London to Preston for a City Break only to go through such an experience. This is the most disappointing unprofessional dissatisfying experience.STAFF WAS VERY RUDE .

Nice apartment however clearly had not been cleaned properly as all of the sides felt extremely greasy. sink and draining board was dirty and nothing to dry up with. tv did not work and was blue as well as the tv remote was broken and very in need of a new one. It wasn’t loud at all considering how close it is to the station.

Convenient and decent price, although no shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers. Is noisy as next to a railway station but didn’t bother me

Before I went there ,no one replied my phone calls and emails. I went there and there was serious clog up at the bathroom. It's noise with just a thin wall. OVERALL, POOR!!

The home away from home feel you want. A lovely little apartment with all the shops in walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in and around the area.

Great location next to the train station We normally stay at a hotel but there was so much more room here and the facilities were great. Concierge very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The apartment was a good size and only a minute walk away from the train station and only a couple more minutes to the shops and bars etc. There could be some more things within the room such as pizza cutter or a big knife. The oven didn’t work when I arrived but this was explained to me and didn’t really affect my stay.

Excellent welcome from the housekeeper Eve. Great little apartment a stones throw from the railway station which is just what we wanted.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The property was clean. The live in house keeper was helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if you are in Preston.

Apartment from hell. A dip on the mattress . My body potentially wasn't supported had to bend into an uncomfortable position during the night . Now having terrible Neck and sore back pain. Bed Sagging Very dusty Big stains on bedding With the amount I paid very disappointed.

Nice clean accommodation and very modern. Will book again.
