Ghyll Bank Byre

Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. It was particularly hot when we were there, so a fan or two would have helped. The door closers could do with adjusting - a couple of the doors slammed loudly if not stopped. Parking was a bit of a free-for-all, although there is plenty of space. The property is down a long, single track road with a hair-pin turn as you get near. This is not a problem, but may put some drivers off.
